My father had a horrible experience with the staff at this facility. He'd rather pay out of pocket then go back . I wish to speak to the owner about his concerns

I took some time off from work to go to my appointment as a new patient. Even though I had a appointment I still waited an hour before they took me in, they was not busy and there was only one other patient in there.They did x-rays & looked at my teeth, then they told me what I should get done. I made a appointment to have a deep cleaning and some fillings. I taken some time off from work for the appointment and then the day before the appointment they canceled so I rescheduled the appointment and then the day before the appointment again they canceled again with the same reason as before the doctor was not going to be in. To me this is not good business on the doctor to have the patient make appointment and the the doctor cancel the appointment more than one time when the patient as to take time off from work.
