I was greeted at the door. Everyone was friendly. The waiting room and examining room was clean. As soon as i entered I was greeted. Took a seat in the waiting room. Within 5 minutes I was up and lead to the examining room. The staff was friendly as always.

Dr Bichon and his team are excellent. Kind and patient with my kids. Understanding when they are unsure about being the dentist chair. We have visited this office for the past 3 yrs. The admin team is top notch and super friendly. The hygienist always greet you with friendly personalities and work quickly but effective and thorough. Dr Bichon is great at explaining when there are areas of concern and gives options for treatment.

I cracked a veneer on the way home from vacation, leaving a rough edge at my gum line. Dr Bichon's office worked me in and Drn Bichon was able to patch it in 30 minutes. You can't even tell it happened. Thank you!

This place is amazing. From the staff that greets you to the guys in charge (Dentists). Not only do they treat you with kindness, compassion and loving care, they take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you comprehend what the plan is. Highly recommended.

They come up for emergency dental but when you call with an emergency they tell you they can not see you for several weeks.... no reasonable triage or compassion for people in pain.

Great as always! No judgement, like not going to dentist for 25 years , just want you to have great teeth. They were relentless with my insurance and saved the family thousands of dollars. They are awesome! Just went back for a routine cleaning and phenomenal in every way! They are courteous, timely, and quick. Magical cleaning done again!!
