Was asked to reschedule twice. Went in on my apt date for my son and they refused him saying I was supposed to reschedule a 3rd time but I never got a letter. Being he is special needs, I asked can they at least take him and brush his teeth and pretend he had an apt so he did not melt down. Total refusal. Never again with this place.

It took a while to get in for an appointment because one of the dentists retired and one dentist is trying to take care of all of the patients. But they are worth the wait! The receptionist is always helpful and kind. My experience during the appointment was very good and they were extremely helpful with finding an oral surgeon that accepted my insurance. I was left traumatized by Aspen and have struggled with getting back to the dentist to get their mistakes fixed. The issues could no longer be ignored and Gundalah is the only other dentist in my area that accepts my insurance. Everything went very well at Gundalah for me and I'm not feeling stressed about going back in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate the upfront information about how my treatment will go. Sad that there is only one hygienist but she is doing a fantastic job.

It used to be a great place but they're so short staffed, I can't even get an appointment for a filling until April. They said call back to see if there's any cancellations and there haven't been. I'm going to Aspen dental to get my filling fixed instead.

After years of going there for dental care they have Cancelled Previous Appointment and rescheduled. 1 year between cleaning's is totally unacceptable. Looking for another provider.

New patient been there 1x. Had appointments set up for 3/2 /22 for my 3 kids and husband well cpl days prior they called and canceled there first time apt... not only was that the 2nd or 3rd time canceling but I been calling to try to reschedule since March and yet to receive a phone call back. I even called again today 4/6/22 and yet still no ans or phone call.. by far the worst incompetent unprofessional dentist office I ever been too.. I honestly dunno how they are operating.. but funny thing is my sister in law called them a cpl days ago and returned her call only to tell her they are booked out till jan.Jan.. I still haven't received a call back like I said very unprofessional lazy and incompetent... also when they rescheduled us to March 2nd there reason was dentist wasn't gonna be in due to illness.. when they called to inform me had to reschedule our March 2nd apt was due to dentist was not going to be available that day... so if your looking for dental this is the last place to call

Ridiculous people...wait a month and a half just to get in for my son and get there for them to say they have to cancel...smh then tell me they got a cancelation so I ask when they tell me another month and a half...horrible

They were decent until I had a filling fall out and was in pain, they said they couldn't see me for 3 months. I find that unacceptable for a provider to refuse to help a patient in pain and risk losing the tooth's integrity. Had to get an appointment in Rochester to be seen quickly because I was in pain.

I've never been very pleased with this dental center. Especially after getting home one day after some fillings and looking in the mirror to realize that Dr. Millhouse put silver fillings in my teeth without letting me know beforehand. It has caused an extreme self consciousness when I smile. He should have discussed it with me before doing that. Shame on you!

They never answer the phone, office staff are rude when you ask questions they rush you off of the phone. They make you feel dumb for asking questions. Takes months and months to get an appointment. One dentist there filled my eye tooth and in the process cracked my front tooth that was next to the tooth he was filling. My front tooth had absolutely nothing wrong with it when I went in there and now it had to be filled because he cracked it. He let me walk out of the office without mentioning the crack and when I got to my car I looked in the mirror and noticed it so I went back in there and they made me wait another 30 min for him to even call me back there to fix it after I was clearly upset. He did a horrible job at fixing it. I absolutely hate this dental office!!!! Office staff make you not even want to call and make an appointment because they are so rude and inconsiderate. This is a job to them they don't care about the patients. Dr. Patel is the nicest dentist in that place and she actually cares. She fixed my front tooth that the other dentist cracked and butchered when he "fixed it" and she is always very nice and informing. She's the only dentist that I will see when going there. I have no choice because this is the only dentist in my area that accepts my dental insurance. I'm currently looking for a new dentist now!

Been dealing with this dental place for a year. Set me up with an oral surgeon to where he dropped me. The other surgeon won't even give me an appointment. I can barely eat anymore thanks to them refusing my care without an oral surgeon and have immense tooth pain with teeth falling out one by one. DONT GO HERE!!! You are better off hitting your teeth with a hammer to get rid of pain rather than go here!!!!
