"No. We reached our quota for that insurance plan." This is what I was told when inquiring about if this office accepts Medicaid or not. What this communicates to me as a prospective customer is that poor and disabled individuals are nothing more than a "quota" to these people, which I can only assume is for some sort of tax writeoff or some other financial benefit -- it's my personal recommendation, therefore, that you take your business to a less classist office than this one. There is NO excuse for refusing Medicaid, especially while admitting that you're fully physically capable of accepting Medicaid patients as indicated by the fact that you already have some, and are outright choosing not to.

I've visited this place for the first time. The staff and the Dr. are great. They treated me well from the phone conversation to the procedure.

I had an appointment for filling, she confirmed that, I waited two months for my appointment, when she saw my tith, she said she has other patients so she can't work on me today, and asked me to come next time. It was very unprofessional deal. She just wants to do the easiest tasks and steal your money. I don't recommend her for my friends at all.

It was a family visit. The staff was really nice and professional. The dentist provided excellent dental care. She was very nice and very educated. Parking was convenient it was located behind the building. The office is clean and very modern. The treatment rooms are very up to date. We went for our cleaning, check up, and x-rays. Our teeth were clean after our visit and we received good feedback on our dental hygiene. We traveled about 40 minutes to a 1 hour for the appointment. It was truly worth it. I would give the dentist and her staff a 10 if I could.

If I could give her lower than one star I would. I've had some problems with my insurance and I wanted to wait until I had solid insurance until I saw her. I informed her secretary that I would be calling her what I need in my next dental appointment although they had provided an appointment for me that I had to cancel because I didn't have insurance..... I go to make a new appointment and now I've got a problem with my tooth I've got an infection and I need to see somebody right away and she has my x-rays and I've seen her before and now she cops an attitude with me like I can't see her now because I've canceled too many appointments and that is wrong. I'm not canceled too many appointments

My initial relationship with Gum was pleasant with less traffic, more focus and attention even though she tends to get chatty.. The office is now overstuffed with more bodies and weird ambiance, while the drive for profit is more evident. She temporarily repaired my bridge a couple of times only to discover that she had chipped it further and then in the end she abandons my bridge and leaves me with only one alternative - replace the bridge. My insurance does not cover a new bridge and frankly I do not need nor desire a new bridge at my age. But reseach with other dentists, shows the tooth in the bridge CAN be repaired. I truly believe that dentists are artists (of the mouth) and this field offers room for creativity. In essence dentists carve, shape and mold - with their hands and hopefully their hearts. Discrepant tension, a dip in quality of services and a clash of values led me to discern and discontinue utilizing her dentistry.

The dentist is very friendly and full of conversation and smiles. However she gave me a HORRIBLE temporary filling while waiting on my crown. My mouth hurt for over a week. And as I visited her office more and more I noticed that perhaps scheduling is off or her time management is. Example, I was given a spot after another patient cancelled so I left work in a rush to be able to make the appointment and was left in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. I could have just kept my original appointment time versus leaving work early just to sit waiting almost to the original appointment time.

Looking for an honest and caring Dentist, then meet Dr. Anna Gumbs. She is experienced, kind and gentle and explained everything. She also has a great staff.

I really love Dr. Gumbs' dental practice. They are kind and accommodating. Most of all Dr. Gumbs takes excellent care of my teeth. She is the dentist for my entire family! I highly recommend Dr. Gumbs dental practice!
