Everyone in the office is courteous and friendly. Clinical Assistant is patient in explaining details. Dr. Carter is quite knowledgeable in his field and I would definitely recommend him.

The best periodontist in Mississippi. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful with a great bedside manner. The office has excellent staff. They are all very courteous and understanding.

The staff and Dr. Thomas we're exceptional and very professional. From the moment I arrived until I left it was a positive experience. This is a rarity in most doctor's offices. Highly recommend them!!

Thank you seems so small when it comes to the kindness and care I have received from Dr. Carter and his incredible staff. From the moment I first entered their office, I was made to feel like family. Then, my big day arrived, to begin my dental journey to better health and a better smile. Professionalism and genuine concern for my well being was their first and foremost priority. Step one was a success, followed by a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my door with wishes for a healthy & speedy recovery. With every glance, I lift a prayer of praise for you and the excellent care you offer. Dr. Carter, and to your amazing staff, thank you so much for providing me with the best care! Thank you Gulfside periodontics, Dr. Carter, and Jennifer Mires, for doing such a great job! Nobody likes going to the dentist, but thanks to the friendly and kind treatment I received, it was as stress free as could be. Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining the situation to me and coordinating everything. She was very professional, sympathetic and kind, which made the whole process so much more tolerable. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Carter and his staff! Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. My patient coordinator, Donna was with me every step of the way and was just the best! I got full mouth implants and the results are beautiful. Even though I could have gotten a brand new Lexus for how much these things are costing, I'd do it all again.

This was my first time at this office and the staff was great. I had to have emergency surgery the next day. I received flowers delivered to my home after surgery with a very nice card attached. I have never had a doctor's office send me flowers before. That was a very classy move, while still providing excellent service. I am one week post op today and I am still being called to check on me and my healing process. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Signed--M. Smith

The Lord works in mysterious ways. Last year in November I broke my tooth which resulted in my having it extracted. I was told I needed to have a replacement in order to keep my jaw aligned. When the subject of implants surfaced I was completely against it, sad to say thus but I was terrified of needles. It was the awesome work and compassion shown by Dr Hendrix that I met Dr. Carter, Jennifer and the others at Gulf Coast Periodontics. These people are much more than their profession they are sent by God. I am truly grateful for the work and continued communication with me to see how I am doing. If anyone is ever in doubt or afraid to get an implant, pray and calm your fears because God will send you to Dr Carter and his staff and Dr Hendrix as a dentist. Bless you all

The staff are welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr Carter educates his patients like a close friend would. He is warm and concerned about your oral health. If you have any concerns his staff is there for you. The wait time is surprisingly short. Very efficient use of time, his and yours. They call and check on you and even send flowers to cheer your recovery I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The office is very pretty they tell you everything you could want to know about implants and other options. The lady that talked with me was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly . Dr Carter was pleasant and allowed time for questions . I had sedation and remember nothing about my procedure and that was fine with me. I was so surprised that they sent a beautiful bouquet to me the next day ! I will refer others to Dr Carter and his staff . Job well done!
