I visited Dr. Patel because my crown had come off. Rather than just glue it back on, he took the time to examine the tooth and investigate the long time pain in this tooth. He immediately formed a treatment plan and very quickly a root canal was done. Dr Patel was WONDERFUL. However his office personnel was NOT. After several hours in the chair, when I checked out, I just gave my credit card and didn't notice that they'd charged me more than the amount of my deductible. Long story.... In the long run, it cost me over $500 in addition to the overcharge they'd scr*wed me on. I'm sad because I've lost (what I think was a wonderful dentist) because of an incompetent/dishonest office personal.

The staff and dentist are very personable, kind and expedient. Two times I have required help right away and they have served me the same day, both within an hour of my phone call. They explain everything and alternatives if I am not able to afford something, which happened once. I really appreciate their excellent service and medical attention.

This may be an isolated incident, or it may be this office's normal procedure, Im not sure because it was my First appointment. I arrived on time, after waiting an HOUR, a young lady finally came to take me back to a room. I asked her, in a nice way, " let me ask you something, if I came for my appointment an hour late, what would you do?" The Dentist came around the corner and Shouted at me, " do you want us to see you or not!" Well, at that point, and with his attitude, my obvious answer was NO!! I LEFT, and would never go back to such an unprofessional office.

This business is more than just a typical dental office. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their clients, to ensure they are receiving the best care. The Doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, the hygienist's are superb and very thorough, and the front office staff is very kind and make sure that you are acknowledged as soon as you step foot in the door. This dental office is a 10/10!

Today (6/17/21) my husband Steve and I had our 6 month teeth cleaning appointments. My dental hygienist was Teresa. SHE WAS AWESOME!! Very personable and professional!! Gave me some great tips with brushing!! Steve had Heather. He stated she was very nice and gentle...and very thorough!! We both were examined by Dr. Patel. WOW!! Great guy and DENTIST!! Both Steve and I HIGHLY recommend Gulf Shore Dental! A+++++ See you in 6 months!! :)

Dr Patel and his staff are amazingly professional and ALWAYS friendly. From the time you walk in the office the assistants and hygienists make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I would and do recommend them to anyone in need of a GREAT dental experience.!!

Very friendly and professional dental practice. From the receptionist to the actual Dr. they take the time to explain all of the procedures and what to expect.
