Dr. And nurses were good. But it's almost impossible to talk to a nurse or Dr about antibiotics of you get your extraction sight infected you might as well give up on it. Been calling for the last 3 days and all they do is transfer you to a automated voice-mail and don't seem to check it or contact you back.

I would not recommend going here simply for the fact that the billing department is so messed up on how they estimate and do the billing. Our procedure there was six months ago and I just received a phone call and a statement stating that I owe money six months after the fact. Excellent work from the doctors! But beware you will definitely owe much more money than they tell you it's going to cost! Myself and my family have had many procedures at various locations and I've never run into this before. I understand completely that it may not be down to the Penny once final billing is complete. But to be off by more than double to me is unacceptable. You know what you're gonna do and you know what insurance the patient has and what will be covered. Again.....Excellent doctors, poor billing staff! Thought about speaking with the doctor about this issue but I know as long as they get their money nobody really cares. I will definitely share that experience with others.

Love this office, the staff, and the doctors! The office is kept extremely clean. My extraction sites from my wisdom teeth extraction have healed extremely well.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for these two Doctors. Ive had surgery performed by Dr. Watts and Dr. Zakkak. Most recently two days ago, I had 18 extractions performed by Dr. Zakkak and I could not be more pleased. From the receptionist to the surgeon, they were all fantastic (and I do NOT like dentist. Lol). To be only two days out from such a major surgery and feel as comfortable as I fo is nothing short of extraordinary. I was referred to Harborview and after the consultation I refused to go back. Felt like a 3rd world dentist office. Rushed in didnt know anything about my condition spite being sent my records, forgot my name, and was much more expensive than Gulf Coast . They truly care about your well being at GCOFS! Thank you to all the staff at the Biloxi office. Yall Rock! Larry Abbott

I was referred here by my dentist for wisdom teeth extractions. I wasn't prescribed any anxiety medication, despite telling them how nervous I was for this surgery and for dental work in general. I was told after my consultation that my insurance wasn't covering anything. Due to my anxiety, I decided to see a different oral surgeon. Not only did the second surgeon give me anxiety medication, but also a mouthwash for before and after surgery to prevent infection. They also informed me that my insurance will cover a portion of the surgery. Gulf coast was charging me over 2,000 for this surgery. I went to Harborview and the price was cut in half, I'm getting medication before surgery, plus they informed me my insurance was helping with that. I would highly recommend to call around before you settle.

Edited their hours on Google because listed hours didn't show the lunch break when the entire building is locked.

Dr Zakkak is amazing! He wasn't in our network for insurance, but since I had gone to Dr Watts years ago, I naturally made an appointment here. Our daughter had initially been told that her wisdom tooth was too close to the bone and it could cause nerve damage. Dr. Zakkak took 3D xrays and found it wasn't as close as we were told. Once our insurance pre-approval went through and we found out they're not in network, we took our daughter to Gulfport to the only oral surgeon in-network. He was a fiasco. When he finally showed up for her consultation 90 minutes late, he looked so disheveled and scatter brained... kinda like someone with a hangover from the night before. The facility looked like it needed a good cleaning and he and his assistant couldn't find supplies they needed because they weren't where they were supposed to be. After leaving there we decided to pay the higher price for Dr. Zakkak. His initial consultation was well organized and his confidence put us at ease. Surgery day went better than expected. It only took about 30 minutes to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. Recovery took longer than the surgery. We followed Dr's orders and healing went well. The follow-up a week later was smooth. Dr Zakkak was worth the extra money to have professionalism, skill, and peace of mind.

The office is very comfortable and welcoming! The staff was very nice and helpful and the doctors and nurses explained everything that they were doing! I would recommend Gulf Coast Oral to anyone needing Wisdom Teeth extractions or even Implants etc. as they made it painless and comfortable. 5 stars all the way!

I have worked off and on with this surgery center for 19 years, that speaks volumes. Our doctors are the best at what they do. Their compassion for each patient to make them feel comfortable throughout their surgery is exceptional. I have all the confidence in the world in these surgeons, I've referred my friends and family members to our office without hesitation, and will continue to do so. Our staff members are kind and caring to every patient that walks through our doors. Our reception team, insurance department, surgical assistants and nurses are wonderful, and will treat you like family.

Do you need a referral to get a wisdom tooth pulled?

First off I waited over an hour for literally 5 min of this guys time and paid hundred and fifty five dollars. If I would have been charging him for my time he would owe me twelve hundred dollars. When I called to set up the appointment time I was told a consult would be anywhere from 80 to 140 and I was ok with that but they didn't tell me I would have to pay up front. I have insurance why should I have to pay up front? My co-pay sure but not all of it. They over schedule patients, I won't ever go to a group like this every again. I'll go to a private practice where they actually care about patients!!
