Highly recommend!! I have really bad dental anxiety and my heart was racing and I was shaking just walking in the door to get an infected root canal tooth removed. The staff was so kind and quickly gave me something for my nerves. This was the easiest dental visit EVER. I literally went to sleep then woke up and it was over. Dr. Horne and staff are all awesome.

I would recommend them to anyone else I can be very intermediate by surgery out right scared but they took great care of me and I appreciate it so much I would go see them before I made my decision on surgery.

Dr. Horne and his staff were so nice to me. I was so nervous about my procedure and they made me feel so comfortable. Its been about 12 hours since my procedure and they called to check on me this afternoon. Im not in the amount of pain I thought I'd be in. I definitely recommend Dr. Horne and his staff.

Dr. Horne was amazing! He went over everything step by step and in detail, even went over different plans that financially made sense by helping you save money in the long run. Horne is highly recommended by multiple people and dentist and I see why! I seen Dr.. Horne in the crestview office and had the surgery done in the Ft. Walton Bch office. I had extensive oral surgery in my mind, and the pain and swelling is just as Dr. Horne and his staff stated. He caused very little trauma for the amount of work that was done for the swelling to be so minor. Very experienced. His staff called and checked on me a couple hours after I left his office. Very caring. Dr Horne will be who I come to for any work done in my mouth and will be the first person I recommend to anyone needing work done.. Thank You so much for everything.

Went to Dr Horne on 10/5/20 to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was a problem tooth as the root tip was very close to the nerve in my jaw, if the root tip were to hit the jaw nerve and damage it upon removal it could leave me with a tingling feeling for a few months to a permanent situation. My regular Dentist referred me to Dr Horne. On my first consultation Dr Horne took his time explaining to me what was going on with my x-rays, he explained everything showing me the root tip close to the jaw nerve etc. He put me at ease with the situation. I decided to have the tooth removed as it was erupted and clashing with my other teeth. His entire staff along with him was so comforting, they put you at ease. As of today 10/6/20 the day after I've had no bleeding, no swelling and above all no pain whatsoever!! He's amazing and I would recommend his services whole heartedly to anyone who needs a Dental Surgeon!!

Wonderful experience! Our 13 year old Grandson was visiting from out of state. Through a freak accident he lost a tooth and damaged his upper jaw. Our local dentist wasn't equipped to deal with such an injury and referred us to Dr. Horne. I called on Wednesday, they saw him Thursday and Dr. Horne and his staff performed a bone graft on Friday. I have never Been treated with such compassion and professionalism in my life! Ashley, Kellie, Emma Lee and the entire staff treated my Grandson with kid gloves! They say successful people surround themselves with great people. That's exactly what Dr. Horne has done! Thanks to all of you!

DR. Horne took GREAT care of me with the removal of my wisdom tooth that was needing to come out ASAP. He was very professional & courteous. His nurses was Awesome. They even called and checked on me few days after my removal. Definitely recommend DR. Horne!
