What's happened? No longer have late appointments? Office used to close @ 6:00 on Thursday's (I believe it was Thursday), office staff used to go out of their way to assist patients. Current front desk staff attitude is 'This is all I can do', no more listening and trying to assist-they need more Tiffany's!!! My family and I have been patients for over 10 years, we love Dr Ellis, but the way things have changed is making me consider moving our dental care to another dentist. The changes have not been for the better; hopefully they review their reviews and take them seriously

I go in to get some work done and I received a treatment plan. I go back 2 days later to get the work done and pay cash and the price of the treatment plan changed 1800$. They would not honor the previous treatment plan and the manager became very rude when I tried to question the unexpected charges.

My first visit was great. Dr. Abramian did a quick fix on a chipped tooth. I was in and out quickly. I'll edit this once I have had my comprehensive exam.

Let me first say that I have an illogical fear of dentistry. I have been to 3 local dentist offices prior to Gulf Breeze, and was always upfront about wanting to be that patient that enjoyed coming in for cleanings...and now I am. Even when I needed a filling...and crown, Dr Ellis and his dental assistant Paula, always checked on me, and always made sure it was known what was happening throughout! My daughter also switched over today, and I already referred my friend at work! I greatly appreciate Tiffany's help as well!

I've always been treated well by the office staff, hygienists and dentists here. Another dental practice nearby said I needed to replace multiple fillings, whiten my teeth and get Invisalign. I came here for a 2nd opinion and left with a clean bill of dental health. I appreciate that they're not trying to get every dollar they can from their patients.

Been going here for years, never again. They think it's ok to reschedule your appointment without speaking to you.

This place is robbery he wanted to charge me 740 cleaning where I got it in Houston for 250 and then they want to charge me $10 for covid supplies and 25 for an x-ray when I was there new patient don't go here

I went in for tooth pain and found out that I need a root canal. Dr. Maria Abramian & Brandy the Hygenist were so amazing. They listened well and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming here for all of my dental care in the future

Never use this place! Never on time for your appointments and office staff is incompetent!!! Cindy, office manager, has never even looked at or used their online scheduling system. Tiffany has no clue what is going on and just passed the buck. I am going to take my family to a competent dentistry! League City: you have lots of options for dentistry! This is NOT a wise choice!

The hygienists do a great job, especially Amanda. Over the past year though, it seems like the wait times have increased, even for morning appointments. At my last appointment I was there 45 minutes longer than I should have been.
