Dr. Guilliot has been a practicing dentist in Lafayette for over 37 years. His father, Dr. Roy Guilliot, served Lafayettes dental needs for over 40 years before retiring in 1983. Upon graduation, Dr. Albert Guilliot joined his fathers dental practice in downtown Lafayette. He is proud to be a family dentist and offer the latest in cosmetic dental procedures including being a Certified Lumineers and Certified Periodontal Laser Therapy Dentist.
Dr. Guilliot has donated hundreds of hours to the father Sigor Center, 232-HELP, and many other community service organizations. He is also an avid hunter in the winter and a mediocre golfer in the summer.
Chelsea is originally from Lafayette, LA and has been a member of our dental team for 8 years. She always runs the office with a smile. She has been trained as a dental assistant, so she is very knowledgeable about dental work and merging the bridge between the treatment rooms and the front office. Her endearing personality makes it easy and personable to build a relationship with our patients.
Ashley is originally from Lake Charles, LA and has been a hygienist with Dr. Guilliot for 20 years. She is proud to call Lafayette her home now. She has a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northeastern Louisiana University. Ashley is a ray of sunshine for your office. She has maintained delightful relationships with her patients over the years growing with them like family.
Sarah is originally from Lafayette, LA and is the daughter of Dr. Albert Guilliot. She is a graduate of St. Thomas Moore High School and has a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene from Louisiana State University. Sarah has been a hygienist with her father for 16 years now, and is always good for a giggle! Her sweet and genuine style makes a dental cleaning and x-rays seem like a simple visit with a friend.
Jenny is originally from Jeanerette, LA and has been a hygienist with Dr. Guilliot for 18 years. Jenny has a great number of years of experience in the dental field. Her father was a dentist in Jeanerette. Her professional attitude goes above and beyond caring for our patients smiles and health.
Karen is originally from Breaux Bridge, LA and has been assisting Dr. Guilliot for over 30 years. Her energy is contagious, and she is in constant motion. You can ask her anything specific with teeth. She cares about her patients to the fullest offering words of encouragement and giving lots of hugs!
April is originally from Lafayette, LA and has been assisting Dr. Guilliot for 16 years. Her kind and mild temperament has been a blessing to our patients helping them through dental treatment right alongside with Dr. Guilliot. She is efficient and very informative making sure each patient is very comfortable with their procedure.
Caitlin is originally from Marksville, La and has been assisting Dr. Jared Guilliot for 4 years. As our Dental Assistant, Caitlin helps with a variety of health care tasks such as taking dental x-rays and caring for patients. What she enjoys most about her role at the practice is getting to interact so warmly with patients while helping them improve their smiles! Her contagious smile makes you feel right at home.

This is the BEST dentist office EVER. Dr.Guilliot and his staff are very kind. They make you feel welcome & comfortable the whole atmosphere is so peaceful. I always hated the dentist but I'm very happy I came across them .

The staff here is so nice and comforting. Dr. Albert and Sarah are the absolute best. The receptionist Sue is so kind and helpful. Although I don't remember their names, the rest of the staff were awesome too. I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say that my fears are much less after my cleaning and consultation with them. Ready to get my dental work completed. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guilliott for more years than I care to remember. Sue, the receptionist, always knows your name and always greets you with a smile. The appointment are almost always right on time as scheduled. My usual dental hygienist, Ashley, is the best. She is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable. She has a very gentle hand and always makes sure you are comfortable. She connects with her patients very well. Dr Albert Guilliott treats you just like family. He always asks about family and how they are doing. He does a great job making you feel at ease. Even when non-routine dental work needs to be done, the entire staff does all they can to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable.

I recently moved to Lafayette and scheduled an appointment with Guillot Dental through a friend. I was amazed when I walked into the office. It was like no other dentist's office I've ever seen. You will have to schedule an appointment and see for yourself. The STAFF, every staff member stopped and greeted me. I felt like I had gone back in time when people always took enough time to say hello. Going to a dentist was not very high on my list of places to go, growing up. It definitely is now! The MOST friendly and helpful dental office in the city! I called inquiring regarding my particular insurance carrier and, although they did not accept it, time was taken to steer me in the proper direction for care. Now that's 100% above and beyond! I really don't understand why people have a problem with going to the dentist. I recently broke part of a tooth and had to have a crown put on. They saw me right away and Dr. Guilliot did an excellent job with making me comfortable. He worked quickly, did top notch work, and it was painless. The hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff there are professional, organized, and friendly. If you are looking for great dental experiences, Guilliot Family Dental is the place to go.

The outstanding service began with the check-in and continued into the exam/cleaning experience and discussions with the Dentist and the various technicians regarding my dental issues. The Diagnosis and prognosis were communicated clearly through words and clear images. The Doctor and staff were very friendly, empathetic and professional. Highly recommended!
