Dr. Chacon was highly recommended by my neighborhood Facebook group for my child's wisdom teeth removal. When I called, Desiree said they are not taking Apple Health (WA state health plan for kids which we pay a premium for)even though they are contracted with them. I asked if they would take a patient with Regence and she said yes. I proceeded to ask for clarification and she stated they are not taking low income patients but they ARE taking patients with Regence. Sounds 100% prejudice to me. If this is how they treat people, I'd be wary of how they treat you under anesthesia. I do not recommend this oral surgeon.

Pushy and rude billing dept. Tried to tell me initially that I had to pay the whole cost up front. I would avoid them.

Doctor Chacon did my implant 5+ years ago, it is still looking and feeling fabulous. He did a phenomenal job. The rooms are always super clean, dental assistance and nurses were friendly, they helped ease my anesthesia anxiety. I highly recommend them, especially for implants!

My surgery was an unexpected one, I have anxiety and was super nervous to say the least.. Doctor Chacon and his staff were super amazing, they instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Very caring! I definitely give them 5 stars all the way around! Office staff very friendly as well. I will definitely refer my friends and family to them !! Surgery went great October 29th, I totally agree with other reviews Hes hands down without a doubt the Best!!

They are all caring and explain all options so well. Did not try to make you spend money on unnecessary procedures! Dr Can lain and both assistants I met do a very professional job before after and during procedure. I forgot to pay when I left today. Haven't even gotten a call yet. I'll call Monday morning ASAP to take care of it.

Hands down the best oral surgeon! They are one of a few places not only in WA, but the USA that has a machine to guide the surgeon for implant procedures to make sure the dental implant doesn't go off course and strike a tooth root which was amazing! Dr. Chacon did my procedure and made me very comfortable. He also gave me his personal cell number and told me to text or call at any time if I have any questions. There was one point after my surgery that I did that and he responded right away, very kind and professionally. My procedure went perfectly and allowed me to get implants that you would never know weren't real teeth! He cut my gums in a way that when they healed and the crowns were placed, they look like they are growing from my gums, allowing a very real and natural look! I will always recommend this place to anybody needing an oral surgeon! And to those who need a dentist for after implant surgery to put the crowns on, Walker Family Dental, I 15/10 recommend. I was directed here by Dr. Chacon and they did not disappoint!

Dr. Chacon did a amazing job on my jaw surgery in 2015 caring staff & he is experienced Oral surgeon. I would highly recommend.

I was terrified to have my 4 wisdom teeth pulled! I've never been "knocked out" before and I had A LOT of questions! They answered every question and made me feel much less scared. Dr.Chacon was able to remove them in one piece and we didn't think that would happen from the X-ray so that was a HUGE bonus. My advice is use your ice pack often! And my food of choice was soup. I highly recommend Dr.Chacon and his staff!

Dr Chacon as well as the nurses and front desk staff are all very kind. They do their best to make you feel comfortable when you're dealing with uncomfortable procedures. I had my wisdom teeth extraction with them and I highly recommend visiting their office for this!

Dr. Sawnson and his assistant Carli were sooo so so amazing with my son, who is absolutely scared of dentists. They respected his personal space, and were overall really gentle with my son.

I Went Here June 28th 2019 I Had All 4 Of My Wisdom Teeth Removed And It Felt Weird Going Into Surgery. Dr. Chacon And The Others Did a Great Job. I Have No Complaints And Everyone Here Was Nice. I Do Recommend 10/10 Would Go Here Again.
