Monica has been a part of Dr. Guido's awesome dental family since 1996. She was raised in rural Carroll County and has lived in Lafayette since 1995. Monica received her Dental Assisting Certificate from Ivy Tech in 1994 and completed the Expanded Functions Program in 1997. She has two daughters that keep her very busy with sports and 4-H, and spending time with them makes her very happy! Monica has a great passion for dentistry, and Dr. Guido has always provided the opportunity for continuing her education. This allows her to keep up with the latest technology and display her many skills.
Stephanie joined our team in 2020 and has practiced as a dental hygienist for over 10 years anywhere from Indianapolis to Australia! She is excited to set some roots down in Lafayette and has really enjoyed getting to know Greater Lafayette community. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is empowering patients to improve and maintain their oral health, believing this is achieved as a team through open communication and feeling comfortable both at home and in the dental office. Besides dentistry, Stephanie is a certified yoga teacher and feels that mindfulness and ease are also useful as a dental hygienist. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and 2 pups, and being out in nature.

Nan & Dr. Guido were absolutely fantastic. So friendly & easy to talk to! They both gave really clear (and well explained) descriptions of the checkup & made me feel at home! They really care about me as a person, and not just as a patient. I've found the dentistry practice for me. (PS they walked through my x-rays & pointed out everything, which was a really really cool experience!) Edit(Nov-22): Some big cavities were found during that first visit, but they're all filled now! Whit & Dr. Guido absolutely made sure that I was as comfortable (and well-informed) during the process as I could have ever wanted! I felt no pain during the removal process & had any questions I could have wanted (and more) answered! Whit's work on the fillings was seriously impressive. You tell how meticulous she is during the process (making 100% sure everything is perfect & checking with you to make sure it's right). Guido Dentistry is THE PLACE to go!

My former dentist that serviced my dental care for over 40 years retired and referred me to Guido Family Dentistry. I was so impressed with the facility, digital equipment, and extremely detailed care I received from Dr. Guido-Walker & her staff. I'm so grateful for the gentle care provided and the time spent with me to evaluate and precisely plan a course of action for my future dental care. I was treated like a longtime friend on my initial visit.

Hi there so both of my kids had "Happy Visits" today and HANDS DOWN the best experience I've ever seen or had. Update- so my appointment for myself wasn't until the 25. But yesterday I had to come in and have a tooth extracted because I was in so much pain. I CAN NOT TELL YOU how peaceful it was going in there for this. I'm terrified of the dentist and the WHOLE OFFICE took care of me through my tears and pain and I can't thank them enough because I was finally able to sleep and it was because of them!!!

By far the best experience I've ever had in a dentist's office!! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed! They also made my 2 year old daughter laugh and even play in the office, she was not uncomfortable at all. My little girl actually gave Dr. Guido Walker a hug on our way out!! Dr. Guido Walker was very thorough and explained the process very well and the whole time doing it with enthusiasm!! You can tell she has a passion for what she does!! My only regret is that I had not found this place sooner!!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thank you to Nan, Brittney, Whitney, Monica and Dr. Guido Walker for the great experience!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Guido Family Dentistry. I had great anxiety about going to a dentist after a very unpleasant experience with a different practice. Dr. Guido Walker and the staff were so welcoming, kind, thorough and made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire visit. They are excellent with my 5 year old daughter, as well. The office is clean and everyone is professional and very friendly. I am so glad I started going here and would highly recommend them.

For someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a long time and was very uneasy about going, this was by far the greatest experience I could have ever had at a dentist appointment. The staff here was so amazing and friendly that I almost forgot I was even at a dentist appointment. From the second I walked in, to the minute I left, I always felt at ease. Dr. Guido Walker was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and informative about what she was doing. I'm honestly looking forward to my next visit.
