Dr. Gufford, along with our friendly and experienced dental team, will take the time to discuss all of your treatment options so that you know exactly what to expect each time you come to see us. Nothing is ever one-size-fits-all here, and were more than happy to answer any of your questions.
We also know trying to afford dental care is a concern for many patients, which is why we will always work with your insurance. And, if you dont have dental insurance, we even provide our own in-house Advantage Plan that gives you access to basic services and sizeable discounts on others. It gives you all of the benefits of insurance with fewer restrictions that most plans have.
Dr. Gufford is originally from Cambridge, Nebraska. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2005. He attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College Of Dentistry where he graduated with honors in 2015. Since commencement of his formal dental education, Dr. Gufford continues his education through his attendance of numerous continuing education courses annually.
Dr. Gufford enjoys the daily interaction with patients and pursues an approach to dentistry that promotes a relaxed experience for each patient. He takes pride in treating patients like he would treat a personal friend or family member, making time to make sure that the patient understands treatment, and that all of their questions are fully answered. He gains great satisfaction in providing personalized care with the patients best interest in mind.
Dr. Gufford is blissfully married to his high school sweetheart of 18yrs. He has two beautiful children. In his free time he enjoys family walks, hiking, bike rides and the occasional woodworking project.
Ann has been in dentistry for 15 years and is certified in coronal polishing and radiology. She loves getting to talk to a variety of people through her work, as well as spending time with coworkers. Ann is originally from West Point and is the youngest of five kids.
Emily is from Fremont, Nebraska. She has been in dentistry for over 20 years working as a dental assistant with certifications in coronal polishing and radiology, which she obtained at Creighton School of Dentistry. Her favorite part of dentistry is meeting new people. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter as well as practicing Pilates.
Brittney graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry with a Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene in 2007. Sheenjoys getting to know long standing patients and making new patients feel welcome. She loves helping patients establish and maintain a healthy smile that they are proud to show off!
Originally from Minnesota, Brittney, her husband, and three kids have made pit stops in Kansas City and Sioux Falls, but are proud to now call Yutan home. The kids' sporting events keep the family busy, but Brittney also enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.
Lindsey graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2012. Lindseys favorite aspects of being a dental hygienist is the relationships she makes with her patients and helping them maintain their oral health. When not working, Lindsey is busy with her husband, Rick, and their three children Jaxson, Tyson, and Ellie. Lindsey loves spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, running, boating, and gardening.
Dee is originally from Genoa, Nebraska. She has been living in Fremont and working in dentistry for years, including 27 years spent at the office that is now Gufford Dental! Dee started as a dental assistant but now enjoys running the administrative side of the office. She loves getting to know all of the patients through her job, some of which have become very good friends of hers over the years.
Dee has a blended family with five daughters, one son, and 11 grandchildren. When she isnt busy at work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and going for rides with her husband on their Harley.

I've always had a very good experience with Gifford Dental. I was apprehensive when Dr Callaway retired. But that God I found out that there nothing to worry about. Dr Gifford and his staff are very professional and excellent at their profession. I highly recommend them with out a doubt.

I know Justin and his wife and daughters as friends and neighbors. Of course I wasn't surprised when my experience at their dental office mirrored the kind of people they are in the community! I have spent a good deal of my life in a dentist chair. Probably have been to 20 different dentist bc I just can't stand going to the dentist. Until I met Dr Gufford. He and his entire team are warm, welcoming and caring. I can't say enough good things about this office. To calm my anxiety he made jokes, asked me questions about my family, talked to me without shame about the dental issues I have and explained in detail what he was doing to fix my teeth. I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone I meet. I'm very grateful to have found this office and Dr Gufford.

Everyone at Gufford Dental are such genuinely kind people. This is honestly the first time that I've been to a dentist that didn't cause anxiousness or discomfort. I was relieved when he administered the lidocaine & I didn't feel like jumping out of my seat from pain. He did awesome on the work that I needed done to my teeth & I didn't have any further issues after having them worked on, which was also a first for me. My daughter, who is four had some work done as well. They did SO good at explaining things to her, making her feel comfortable & making sure she was doing good through the appointment.

I recently moved to another state and trying to find a dentist that I am comfortable with has been a challenge. I tried one dentist and I wasn't comfortable with their treatment plan, so on my recent trip back home I made an appointment to see Dr Gufford because I knew I could trust him with my concerns. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and took care of my dental needs. Dr Gufford, his assistant Emily and the rest of his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend Gufford Dental for all your dental needs!
