Front desk was very welcoming to me the time was short less than 5 mins the dentist and his staff was very professional the explain what was going to happen and how many visits I will need I am very happy with the work I have done.

Every time I have an appointment everyone is always so sweet. The receptionist, the x-ray technician, the dentist's assistants, and the dentist himself. They always make me feel like value me being there and actually care about my concerns. I found out I had a fractured tooth and it scared me. They were very calm about it and reassured me. Otherwise I would've left feeling very shaken. 10/10 would recommend

The customer service in the Ralph Ave location sucks!!! My daughter had a tooth emergency, they told me the next appointment wouldn't be available to sometime the following week. Mine you, my daughter couldn't even chew or open her mouth. It wasn't a routine check up, she had discomfort, and they didn't even try to accommodate.

I'm glad I didn't stick with the bad reviews because honestly I had a great experience here and felt very comfortable. Also my second time coming which was yesterday I bought my daughter with me which she is very attached to me and let's just say they're kid friendly also which I thanked them for that. I'll definitely recommend this dentist to anyone !! .

I must say am very please with this dentist office, its welcoming from the receptionist Rosie to all. I have been making dentures for over 15 years and this is the first one ive ever worn, and i love love love my dentures..i go to the Brooklyn office..awesome staff ..highly recommend this place.

My experience was awesome was giving alot of information on switching my insurance and why the service I received same day I went I was numb perfectly they all were very patient I left with enough information and will be coming back for more work done thank you guys so much
