Growing Smiles is a pediatric dental office with locations in Bel Air and White Marsh that treats patients from infancy through their teenage years, including those with special needs. A pediatric dentist can provide the focused care and insight necessary to treat the growth and changes that take place in your childs mouth from infancy to adulthood. As pediatricians of dentistry, pediatric dentists are both primary and specialty oral care providers who complete two to three additional years of training and coursework beyond what is required by a four-year dental school curriculum. Dr. Katie is very warm, friendly, and professional. My two boys are never nervous to go to the dentist. They actually like to go to the dentist! Staff is kind and helpful, too.

Was not happy when I had concerns about daughter's back teeth at her normal check up. I was told that they look fine and she ended up needing dental surgery weeks later. I had to push to get them to take x-rays of her teeth. As a parent you have to be your child's advocate for good health.

PROVIDED OKAY CARE BUT EVERYTIME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT IT WOULD GET RESCHEDULED TO WORK AROUND AN OFFICE MATTER. RECENTLY I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT 6 MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME AND A COUPLE OF WEEKS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT I WAS ASKED TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT FROM APRIL 8TH TO APRIL 6TH DUE TO THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP MY APPOINTMENT ON THERE END TO BENEFIT THEM. THEN CALLED BACK TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE APRIL 6TH APPOINTMENT AND WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DATE. THE OTHER DATES THEY HAD WERE SO FAR OUT SO I JUST CANCELED AND THAT LEFT MY CHILDREN WITH NO APPOINTMENT AFTER I SCHEDULED 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. THEN I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING SINCE I MISSED AN APPOINTMENT MY CHILDREN ARE NO LONGER WELCOMED AT THAT OFFICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ITS NOT MY FAULT YALL CAN NOT STAY COMMITED TO APPOINTMWNTS AND ALSO ITS NOT MY FAULT YALL DONT HAVE ANY AVAILABILITIES TO PUT MY CHILDREN IN AFTER YALL COULDNT KEEP A DATE. THEN ITS ALSO NOT MY PROBLEM THAT WHOEVER I SPOKE WITH DIDNT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT AFTER WE COULDNT GET A DATE TO RESCHEDULE. I WAS ALREADY LOOKING FOR A NEW PRACTICE BUT THIS CONFIRMS THAT I NEED TO FIND THEM SOMEWHERE MUCH MORE ORGANIZED.

This facility has been wonderful to our son! They have been extremely patient with him and have work with us on so many levels! Prime example, we had a major issue with our insurance covering a procedure that our son had to have completed. The staff at growing smiles not only stood by us is the back, but also went above and beyond to contact the insurance company on their time to help dispute this issue! These individuals are amazing!

I brought my 3 year old daughter for her first dental appointment at Growing Smiles. She was very scared for her first appointment but the staff were very friendly and comforting. The office is very welcoming, clean and inviting. After her appointment she was excited to have her new toothbrush, toy and balloon. When she got home she was excited to brush her teeth and she said she won't be scared next time. For her first appointment l, even though she was terrified, I had a very good first impression of this dental office.

Growing Smiles was such a family friendly place, and the entire staff was so nice & welcoming. Personally, I get nervous going to get my teeth looked at but growing smiles made it feel much more comfortable. Growing smiles is such a heart warming company & It is very obvious how dedicated they are to their work. I trust them when it comes to working on my teeth and properly treating them. They have always answered all my questions & they were extremely understanding. I 100% recommend growing smiles if you would like to have the absolute best service & hands down the most heart felt staff members!!!

My children love Growing Smiles. The staff takes their time with their patients and makes them feel comfortable while getting treated. They make scheduling easy and allow for both children to be in the same room. Everyone in the office is very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

They always do a great job. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old. They are always made to feel comfortable and happy - makes the whole visit more enjoyable for everyone. A visit to the dentist in our house is something we all look forward to.
