Dr. Carlos Mohamed is proud to be a native Texan! Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Mohameds roots run deep in our community. He is a graduate from both Our Lady of Sorrows and Memorial High School. After graduating from Memorial, Dr. Mohamed attended the prestigious Trinity University in San Antonio where he met his now lovely wife, Paulina (little did he know, marrying Paulina would not only bring him three wonderful children, but the BEST office manager EVER!).
Continuing his San Antonio educational pursuits, Dr. Mohamed earned both his doctorate degree and certificate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. As if graduating cum laude with a distinction in research was not enough, he voluntarily completed a Masters in Public Health focusing his research on ensuring adequate access to care for underserved Texas communities.
In his free time, Dr. Mohamed enjoys spending time with his family. He is a self-proclaimed South Texas Pitmaster and if youre lucky, he may share some of his delicious BBQ that he often makes for his staff as a token of appreciation for their hard work.
