Very impatient place, they must not realize they are working with kids. They want to just put every kid to sleep to make their job easier. They really push for you to spend 1.5k to put your kid asleep for crowns and fillings, my 4 year old kids first visit he didnt cry or anything they did a crown and a filling with no problem. The second time they were way more rushed and my kid was complaining about the mermaid tail thing they put in his mouth to keep it open and to help keep his tongue out of the way. He didnt even complain about pain or anything and the dentist Allison Johnston couldnt handle it and instead of trying to figure out a new position for the mermaid tale got frustrated and gave up because of his complaining and once again pushed me to do sedation for my kid even though the first visit he did fine. They clearly make money for refering you to do the sedation through the third party company that comes in to do the sedations. Very pushy. She shouldnt have gone into pediatric dentistry if she doesnt want to work with kids. She clearly just wants to knock kids out and get easy money. They wanted me to wait 6 months before coming back so my child could "Mature" By age 5....my kid is very well behaved as per the first visit with no crying and no issues. Doesnt even cry from the shots.

While this place was pleasant enough, they misdiagnosed my daughter as having a cavity and wanted to immediately drill it out and put in a filling. Fortunately, we were able to get a second opinion at her orthodontist who said that they could see no cavity. Today, we even had a 3rd opinion from a different dentist that informed us that her teeth were in excellent condition. This business prioritizes making money from unneeded dental procedures over the health of its patients. I would recommend going to a different place.

All docs are a pleasure and staff is wonderful. Both my kids have gone here for 3 years now and they all go above and beyond to meet our needs. I'm in the dental profession myself so I know what a good office looks like and I cannot say I noticed a single thing that should have been done differently from beginning to end of our visits. Extremely pleased with this office and all the staff.

All of the staff is absolutely wondeful! They are super accommodating and so understanding of kids who may be scared or apprehensive. They are always willing to include parents and explain everything going on or answer questions. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely the best! I've been taking my son here for years. He's almost grown and still loves it there as much as one can for dental visits. Most of the staff are great! We went today and my 6 ft son laughed as he left proudly wearing his 'No cavity' badge.

Dr. Kailes and her staff are the best!!! Dr. Staman is wonderful. Leian, Kayla and the staff at the front too are so thorough, professional and perfect for kids. I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else. She loves everyone there. They take excellent care of her teeth and she is not an easy patient.

Savannah's been coming here since she was probably 4 and she's 12 now. My daughter has Autism and it was difficult finding a dentist that dealt with Special Needs children. Now sure the name of this hygienist name but her customer service was off the charts. She made my daughter feel comfortable, and she was very professional. Highly recommend this practice to anyone, and we don't mind the 45 minute drive

Everytime I leave this office I can't say enough good things! Every single person working here is 100% in the correct field. They are all so warm and welcoming to both of my kids every single time and go above and beyond to make them feel safe. My daughter had to have a tooth removed at the age of 3 and that ended up scaring her for obvious reasons and I thought our smooth visits were over and it would forever be a fight. NOPE! These ladies knew just how to help my girl feel safe and secure again and just like that she had a cleaning yesterday and chatted her whole way through with no fears or tears. 10/10 will forever recommend!!!

This dental office is simply amazing!!! They really care about the children!! They came highly recommended by a friend but they were even better than the recommation because words just cannot express how awesome they are!!
