Her dental career started early when she became a dental assistant for an oral surgery group after high school. It was there that she found her passion for taking old dental textbooks that the surgeons gave her and reading them after work. She believes that working at every level within the profession has given her a unique perspective on providing dental care.
Dr. Diana is proud to be named a Top Dentist by Indianapolis Monthly for the last five years. She also is currently part-time faculty at the graduate pediatric dentistry program at Riley Childrens Hospital working with kids dentist residents in the operating room.
There is nothing that Dr. Diana loves more passionately in life than her two children, Finn and Whitney. She understands that all parents share that sentiment and believes as a kids dentist that only the absolute best care is acceptable for your kids.
Michelle has worked in the kids dentist field for over 15 years, eight of those years have been spent with Dr. Diana. They are like a little old dental couple. Michelle is most gifted at helping parents navigate their childs schedule to maximize dental care.
You can attribute the energy and competence of our kids dentist front desk to Michelles leadership. In fact, she controls the ambiance of the office as well. She chooses all the music you hear while here. If Michelle is feeling country the country radio station it is! Outside of work, you will often find Michelle at her happy place: Jim Dandy restaurant with her three girls.
Natalie has always had a thing for teethreally. In her fifth-grade health class, Natalies favorite part was teeth. She remembers drawing a tooth structure for the first time and being so proud. Continuing to work at a kids dentist was her destiny. Building on her love of children, Natalie started her career in pediatric dentistry directly in 2012.
Natalie and Dr. Diana might have different opinions about Taylor Swift, but they push those aside to be friends. Away from our kids dentist office, youll find Natalie with her beautiful daughter and husband (who was also her high school sweetheart).
Khaila is a 2015 graduate of the Brightwood Dental Assisting Program. Before working for our kids dentist office, Khaila worked with children with special health care needs. She is the bright, smiling woman you first meet when you enter Growing Grins.
Rachael has always wanted to work at the office of a kids dentist. But, while in college, she realized that her true passion was working with children. Dr. Diana loves her for being amazing with the kids, and she respects that Rachael also served our country for six years in Indianas Army National Guard.
Rachael enjoys singing along to the always-growing playlist at Growing Grins, and she is happy that the Jonas Brothers have made a comeback. She also loves spending time with her husband and two dogs, Bella and Jackson.
Shanicegraduated from the dental hygiene program at Indiana Universityin 2016 and came to our office with experience working in the kids dentist field. Dental hygiene has long been her passion which made it easy to decide on her chosen career. She uses all the knowledge from childhood education and early child development classes she took during college to provide the best possible care to dentistrys littlest patients.
Shanice participates in ALL holiday decorating, and she loves that Dr. Diana starts streaming her Christmas playlist in the office on November 1. Shaniceis also a classic music lover who enjoys listening to vintage Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, and Taylor Swift songs.
Sophia joined our kids dentist team coming to us with years experience working with children.She has known since high school that her dream would be to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. Sophiatakes great care and concern for your childs oral health by making each cleaning a special experience.
When not working as a hygienist in our kids dentist office, Sophias two great loves in life are food and running. She recently completed became a new dog mom, running home each lunch hour to check on her puppy!
Kalie recently graduated from the International Business College with a degree in dental assisting. This career path that led her to join our kids dentist office was bound to happen since she loved going to the dentist so much when she was a child.
