Dr. Jackson is very kind and great about explaining things before and during the process. He and his assistant work very well together and seem to have a very good flow. As a hover mom, I knew my kids teeth were being taken care of.

My 6 yo got an abscess and I called in the afternoon for an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. The staff and Dr Jackson were friendly and good with kids, I had minimal waiting and they were great at helping her feel comfortable during the extraction. We had a great experience and I will definitely be back.

We have been going to this location for 3 years and love it. The dental hygienist and Dentist are the absolute best! My kids (toddlers) actually enjoy going and it's such a breeze. Never a long wait and always appears clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend

Do not take their treatment plan at face value; Sep '17 my 8-year-old had a routine visit. Growing Grins recommended sealant, which we did. Now (Mar '18) the hygienist presents a six-crown treatment plan for $1500, to be done over three visits. She shows me some visible decay on my son's baby molars. I ask a few questions, and she explains the work is necessary--otherwise the teeth may need extraction. Distressed, I ask to speak with the dentist. 10 minutes later, the dentist explains that it would be just fine to watch and wait; that these cavities in baby teeth are not painful like adult teeth; that we could spread it out over time; that these teeth may fall out on their own before anything else happens; that we can watch for swelling gums before doing the crowns. She recommends we just do two of them for now. I go to the desk and they ask me to sign the six-crown treatment plan, acknowledging I have been warned of all the risks for not getting it all done immediately. The receptionist warns me that the teeth could need to be extracted if we do not schedule it all now. This dentistry may do great work, but I worry the dentist wants to retain customers, and everyone else wants to leave nothing undone. I want dispassionate good judgement about how to best care for my son. Ask to see the dentist and discuss any treatment plan. Ask about the risks of a six-month delay. For what it's worth, the kids like the office and the people; the cocktail arcade game and "Little Mermaid" are nice touches. Note: it seems the Ms. Weinberger is the hygienist, office manager, and owner. Is she writing the treatment plans independently? She is explaining the plans to patients, and Dr. Grewal walked back the urgency of the work and called it an "ideal" treatment plan, not the plan we need to go with. When asked, she said she was not the owner and that she was new here. She says the treatment plan is hers, not the hygienist's. --- Follow-up: 2nd opinion dentist (who carefully reviewed X-rays with us) suggested 3 fillings instead of 5 crowns. Called 5 crowns "very aggressive." There is a line between "aggressive" and "abusive". Growing Grins was eager to profit by grinding five of my sons' teeth down to stubs.

My son was scheduled for an appointment when we arrived no one was in the office. We waited 30 mins. A hour after our appointment they called to confirm we were showing up and it was at that time they communicated it would be at their office that was 30 mins away from were we lived. We went in for a emergency appointment where they were suppose to get prior authorization from our insurance for a tooth pull they never got, then waited for our regular visit to then get it. So my son went a full month with a toothache before we decided to go elsewhere.... Terrible Service!
