This is absolutely the worst dental office I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy is waiting for a call back from them on a prescription for pain and infection since Monday. STILL NOTHING!!! I have called them over 50 times to ask them to please call the pharmacy back. The pharmacy has left 5 messages, no return call. This is fraudulent and I have contacted the dental board to advise of this behavior. This is unacceptable. You have a patient in pain with an infection and you have done nothing. ANSWER THE PHONE, it's your job as the front desk! Unbelievable.

I have to say reading the reviews scared me a bit. But first I had to call beforehand because I was running late. The receptionist was delightful and professional. Receptionist #2 I didn't deal with directly but I listen to her handle a call. She too was very polite & professional. Then the x-ray tech was super nice. I wasn't feeling all that good that day. Shed ask if I was doing alright. The dentist was quick and I feel he did a good job, he addressed everything I was concerned about. I was satisfied with my visit. There's a relatively new staff. and after talking to a few People it is clear this place has made a turnaround. this isn't a high-end Place. but if you're like me and use medical. this was by Far much Better then western dental

I have called this dental office, which I have been going to for years, three times this morning. Two times I have been hung up on. Someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. I know this because I never reached their voicemail someone hung up on me. It is 8:16 AM they open at 8o'clock that is unacceptable even if it was any time of the day you do not pick upAnd hang up the phone of a business

This dental office is absolutely the WORST. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I also think that they use the caller ID and record your number when they don't want to speak to certain patients. When they finally do answer the phone they LIE and tell you they will call you back and never do. My brother has been waiting for dental assistance from this dentist for 6 months with no end results yet. Please don't waste your time going here. I don't even know how they manage to stay in business. NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. They make you choose a star before you can post. They truly don't deserve any.

I honestly dont even know how to start , this place is horrible, first of all as soon as I got there the whole place was extremely hot and packed. They didn't have enough chairs for their patients and the AC was out of service with no improvisation for what to make it up with in this extreme heat. It took forever to finally get called in, the female that took my x--ray and polished my teeth was literally the only person in the whole office who actually cooperated with me and gave me proper service the others were extremely atrocious. I waited a whole hour after my x-ray to get told that I have to come back next week because the dentist I came for wasn't there, making me waste almost a whole two hours just to go there and come back.

The most horrible dental place you could get from this place, honestly, I don't know why I'm even go to this place. They ruined my teeth when it don't need to do anything and the hurting one they didn't do. And kept delay my appointment.The effort the dentist have when they filling my teeth was no where to be seen. Now my teeth was hurting so bad, and I gotta find another better dental place to fix the tooth they ruined. So unfortunate to even go to this dental, so if you are seeing this review please think twice before choosing this dental or find a better place. That's why this place was rated 1 STAR!!!

first off they never answered my phone calls and when they did they'd hang up on me, when I went to this office it was extremely dirty. the blonde lady in the front was so damn rude and loud too.I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. DON'T GO TO GROVE DENTAL GROUP!!!
