Dr. Muzamil Gufran completed his DDS from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (UBSDM), Buffalo, NY. Dr. Gufran completed a two-year Pediatric Dental Residency in New York at University at Buffalo (UBSDM) where he served as a co-chief resident during his senior year. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Northeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, Pennsylvania Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and UB Dental Alumni Association. During his spare time, Dr. Gufran loves spending time with his wife and his one-year-old son. His other interests include exploring different cultures & cuisines, hiking, cooking, cricket, reading and meditation.
'Weve been going to Grove for years and they recently opened this clinic for the kids. They have little tooth fairy things all around the office with little doors on the baseboards to look like the tooth fairy travels through the office. I love that they keep the magic alive for the young children. Dr. Gufran and the hygienist were very kind and made this experience a 10/10. Would definitely recommend.'

'Great pediatric dentist!!! Dr. Gufran is so good and the assistant Diana was also great! she talked to my son through the entire process keeping him calm. When we were walking out he said she was really nice! Office is nice and clean also!'

I started going to grove dental a couple years ago and had some work done to two teeth that had issues. Long story short went back couple weeks ago with severe pain in a tooth they did a root canal on and crowned. After X-rays I was told the tooth needed a root canal done to it again but I would need to go somewhere else to get the root canal. I'd my X-rays sent over to another practice which found the root canal was not done correctly and the cap was installed over decay and the cap was also put on tops of build up by the dentist. I tried calling back to see what they could do and I was told there's nothing they can do.

After almost 40 years of going to Grove, well, like momma used to say, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. One nice thing I can say is the staff was always great. Switched to Green Valley Dental.

Dr Webb is awesome! Staff is very efficient. Office is very clean and has up to date technology. Wait time is minimal. Everyone is well skilled. Good choice- highly recommend!

Have been going to Grove for years and had no issues. Now within the last 4 months, billing issues. Have been waiting for over a month for refund because a participant with my insurance.Seems I need to talk to business manager who doesnt call you even though rep in billing has left her 2 messages. Looking into other dentists who take my insurance

Absolutely friendly staff! I needed an emergency extraction performed and they got me in about 2 hours after I called. I will be getting some good sleep tonight because Dr. Johnson and Kat are amazing!

I've been a patient here before this new location opened. Despite the great customer service and polite staff...I must admit, over the past few years I've left there feeling like I just visited a car dealership. I'm fortunate to have great insurance therefore when I walk away with a statement that seems as though I just purchased a vehicle with all the bells and whistles rather than the basic package...I can ignore the total price. However, my heart goes out to those who don't have great insurance and are meant to believe some of their treatments are deemed necessary. I use to feel apprehensive more so over the dental treatment (I can be a big baby) yet more so now I'm apprehensive because I often feel that the staff are meant to sell rather than provide the NECESSARY treatments. I once walked out of there with a fluoride treatment that I was never told there would be a charge for before the hygienist had it in my mouth. Luckily, the very few staff that know me and have not left the practice refunded the service fee. Listen, I rather sit in an old dentist chair than sit on an Italian leather recliner that has all the "bling" if it's going to provide me with a dentist who values me than my pocket. I've since left the practice as a patient and must say I'm extremely satisfied with my new dentist. I hope this review lays heavy on the hearts of the owners who I recall once had a practice that showcased the old fashion valuing the patient mindset than ripping the patient off so salaries and bills can be paid.

Ridiculous business practices, unorganized and will overcharge with zero explanation and the business manager will hang up on you when you try to get an explanation. If I could give zero stars, I would. It's a shame since the dentist and dental assistant were knowledgeable and helpful, but unfortunately it seems as though supporting the cost of their fancy office upgrades are more important than healthcare to the owners.

My first visit to Grove Dental was exceptional. I had not had a checkup since before Covid, so I was quite nervous about it. Jenna was so kind and caring, I immediately felt at ease! When I met with Dr. Olen, I was very impressed with his knowledge and manner. And checking out was also great, as they explained my insurance coverage and what I will need to pay. I am very glad that I found Grove Dental!

Worst experience at a dental place ever. I don't have cavities never did, this place actually told me that's not possible, even though they took 19x-rays. Then proceeded to tell me they could not do a cleaning after sitting in the dental chair for a good hour, due to the fact that my " periodontal disease" was to far gone and I do not have this as I get my twice a year cleaning at the same place for over 16yrs. They bad mouthed my normal dentist (tried to switch so I was no longer driving an hour for an appointment) so I finally got up and walked out. If you want a place that is only about the money and not the patients go here. I personally will go back to my hour drive.
