Dr. William Adams is a native of New Bern, North Carolina and resides in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Dr. Adams received his B.S. from East Carolina University, and continued work on a Masters in Molecular Biology at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Dr. Adams graduated with honors from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry, and completed a general practice residency at the Medical College of Virginia and Hunter McGuire Veterans Hospital.
Dr. Courtney C. Adams is from Hanover County, Virginia, and graduated from LeeDavis High School. Dr. Courtney C. Adams attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and graduated with a degree in Biology. Dr. Courtney C. Adams graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Dr. Courtney C. Adams completed a oneyear advanced residency in general dentistry and also completed the three year prosthodontic residency at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry.
Dr. Ashley C. Epperly is from Hanover County, Virginia. Dr. Ashley Epperly graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Industrial Relations. After graduation she took a position as vice president of her familys drycleaning business. After two years in this position, she enrolled in Virginia Commonwealth University where she concentrated on her science courses in preparation for a career in dentistry.
Dr. Renita W. Randolph is a native Richmonder. Dr. Renita Randolph was an honor graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Union University. Dr. Randolph also graduated with honors from the Medical College of VirginiaVirginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.
Dr. Taylor T. Arkema grew up in Salem, Virginia. She became interested in dentistry at an early age after watching both her father and grandfather in their orthodontic practice. Dr. Arkema attended The University of South Carolina where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. After college she then attended the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Matthew Graham is from Smithfield, Virginia. He attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After graduation, he moved to Richmond to attend Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Graham hold dental licenses in both Virginia and Florida.
Dr. Grahams interest in dentistry started at a young age as he watched his own dental transformation. He saw first hand how a knowledgeable general dentist along with dental specialists aid in developing a healthy smile. He is driven each day to care for his patients and help them to achieve great oral health.
Dr. Sompop Bencharit is an Associate Professor of Clinical Research, and Founding Director of Digital Dentistry Technologies at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and College of Engineering. He received his DDS and Diploma in Prosthodontis from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Bencharit earned his Certificate and Master Degree in Prosthodontics, a PhD in Oral Biology, as well as a Certificate in Clinical Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Prosthdontics, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the International College of Dentists. He was recently awarded the 2021 ACP Distinguished Researcher. His current research interests are digital dentistry, guided implant surgery, 3D printing, and salivary proteomics. Dr. Bencharit lectures nationally and internationally. He has numerous publication (80 plus peer reviewed articles and 100 plus published abstracts) in prosthodontics, implant dentistry, salivary biomarkers, and protein structural biology. He is currently serving as Assistant Editor for the Journal of Prosthodontics, Academic Editor for PLoS ONE, Scientific Editorial Board Member for Scientific Reports, and Editorial Contributor for the ADA/Elsevier Practice Update in Clinical Dentistry.

Dr. Adams believes that excellence in dental practice requires ongoing education and commitment to strong ethical standards. His role is to ensure that all staff members and doctors participate in continuing education and apply best practice procedures to ensure that patients receive the best and most effective dental care. He enjoys getting to know his patients and is honored by their trust in him. He simply loves the practice of dentistry and hopes to pass his love of this career on to all who are interested.
Dr. Ashley C. Epperly is from Hanover County, Virginia. Dr. Ashley Epperly graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Industrial Relations. She was accepted to attend the Virginia Commonwealth UniversitySchool of Dentistry and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Upon completion of dental school, she was accepted as a resident in the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program. During that year of advanced study Dr. Ashley Epperly focused on comprehensive cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Ashley Epperly has been in private practice since graduation. She was inducted as a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy International Honor Dental Organization in 2018. She took a medical leave of absence from dentistry in 2021 and currently works in an administrative role at the office.
