Dr. Lindsay E. Grosso grew up working in her dads orthodontic office and decided she wanted to be an orthodontist in eighth grade. In college, her passion for biology, human anatomy and physiology helped her realize that a career in dentistry was her true calling.
Dr. Lindsay Grosso earned a BS in Biology from Wofford College, and received a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Dr. Grosso completed a fellowship in orthodontics at the University of Florida and earned an MS in orthodontics as well as an MBA from Seton Hill University.
Dr. Michael Grosso chose the field of orthodontics because it enables him to use his skills as an engineer and apply them to dentistry. He loves straightening teeth and incorporating the latest technology to help patients maintain their smiles for the rest of their lives. His special areas of interest include helping patients with Temporomandibular Dysfunction, also known as TMD, and orthognathic surgery cases.
Dr. Grosso loves the lowcountry and its climate, waterways, people and history. He enjoys being a part of the community because of the active engagement through the young patients within the community.

I'm so in love with this orthodontist office so is my daughter who is currently a patient through them the orthodontist office that we used for my son is not the greatest I wish I would've known about this orthodontist office years ago when I done my sons orthodontic procedure when my last child is ready for her braces she will go to the same place and when I'm ready to do mine in a few months I will be going here as well

All 3 of our children were treated by Doctor Grosso in the Moncks Corner office. The staff is amazing, kind and knowledgeable. Now it's my turn and I'm using Invisalign and being treated by his beautiful, kind daughter!!! I recommend this office to everyone who asks!!

I will never go back to this place nor would I suggest anyone. I took my daughter here to find out what she needed for orthodontic work. Had our consult with the father and came up with a plan of action, my daughter would need spacers is what he told us. All following visits were done with his daughter. The daughter never followed the plan that we arranged. We got the spacers put in and the daughter kept telling us the natural next step was braces. My daughters was in extreme pain and I just assumed it was because it was a new feeling on her teeth. 2 months later she is stilling pain. I forced my daughter dentist to remove the spacers. The whole top of her mouth had open wounds and cuts from the improperly made spacers. I did not continue services with these drs. They were a mess. Well to find out after going to another orthodontist my daughters problems weren't a teeth problem it was a skeletal problem that could not get fixed from spacers or braces. If I continued services I would of been out over $6,000 for nothing. We are now seeing specialist orthodontist at MUSC to fix my daughters problems. Its just insane I would of been out so much money if I didn't trust my gut with this company. One time we were 3 hours past our appointment time because they were running behind only to hear the dr outside the room eating her lunch talking about what she planned to do on her weekend trip to Napa Valley. If you get a consult from this business get a second opinion before going through with anything.

My son Brandon, is a patient here and they are amazing. Appointments are on time with minimal wait even if they are running behind and the staff is always professional. Love this place and would recommend.

The staff are very friendly and well informed. I came in for an Invisalign consultation and they made me feel at ease. Their prices were also unbeatable compared to other orthodontics in the area! Over a $1,200 savings! Even though their prices were cheaper I have been getting a higher quality of information and care so far which is unheard of. I would highly recommend!

Grosso Orthodontics was gracious in helping our son as we were traveling from Missouri and he was having issues with his expander. They were welcoming to our family and had no problem helping our son get fixed and back on the road for our vacation.
