Dr. Frank Grosso has been practicing dentistry in Maryland for 30 years serving the Walkersville, Eldersburg, and Libertytown areas. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1981 with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Mount St. Marys College. Dr. Grosso obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1986 as he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He is currently a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Grosso is a member of the Maryland State Dental Association and participates in continuing education annually.
Originally from Bethpage, Long Island, New York, he has resided in Maryland since 1977 and has lived in Eldersburg since 1987. He has been happily married to his wife, Barb, for many wonderful years, and has three children: Joe, Katie, and Christi. Dr. Grosso enjoys being very active in his community including participating with the music ministry at St. Joseph Catholic Church and being a sponsor and coach for Freedom Optimist Soccer. His hobbies include racquetball, playing the accordion and piano, exploring new places, and water activities such as scuba diving.
Dr. Katie Grosso was born and raised in Eldersburg, MD. She fell in love with the world of dentistry during the several years she worked at her fathers practices prior to becoming a dentist herself. Dr. Katie obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Towson University as a Chemistry and Biochemistry double major. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She is a member of the Maryland State Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, and participates in continuing education annually.
Dr. Katie participated in a mission trip to Honduras in 2013 with a team of 50 people, including other dentists and health care providers. There she and the group provided services and education to thousands of individuals that wouldnt otherwise have the means to receive it. Dr. Katie strongly believes in giving her time and enjoys giving back to her community through providing quality dental care, participating in career days at the local schools, providing mock interviews for high school juniors, continuing volunteer work, and participating in community events. Her hobbies include drawing and painting, planning and attending events with family and friends, spending time outdoors, playing the clarinet and saxophone, visiting new places, and scuba diving.
April is the first person you will meet when you enter Grosso Family Dentistry. She began her career in the dental field in 2010 at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. April enjoys making connections and forming lasting relationships with patients. She is a member of The American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is continually learning through continuing education courses. April is very proud to be a part of Grosso Family Dentistry and looks forward to getting to know you!
Originally from Easton, Pennsylvania April moved to Eldersburg in 2003. When shes not in the office April values spending time with her husband, and their grown son. She is an avid sports fan, she especially enjoys baseball and has been a Yankees fan her whole life!
Carol joined the Eldersburg office in December of 2017. As part of the front office team, Carol will greet you when you enter the office and assist you when you call. With a background in education, she is embarking on her second career in the dental field.
Meet Maggie everyone! She is an assistant here at Grosso Family Dentistry. Maggie uses her passion and interest for dentistry to build professional friendships to help our patients feel comfortable during their time in the dental chair.
Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and being outdoors with her dog. Maggie will let everyone know that at Grosso Family Dentistry you are not just a patient, you are part of our family!
Debbie is originally from New Jersey but has been a resident of Maryland for more than thirty years. She started out in dentistry just out of high school and has experience in all specialties within the field. Providing each patient with high-quality care in a comfortable family environment is something she strives for each day.
Betsy is a native of Ellicott City, Maryland. She began working in the dental field in 1985 as a dental assistant, receiving her degree from The Medix School. She has worked in the dental field for over thirty-three years, with twenty-five of those as an Office Account Manager. As a current Carroll County resident, she enjoys serving her community with the highest quality of care possible. It gives her great satisfaction every day to work alongside the people she considers family and working with patients to make sure they are getting the most out of their insurance carriers for proper dental care that they deserve.
Aside from working, Betsy loves spending time with her five grown children, three grandchildren, mother, stepfather, and most of all spending time with her husband vacationing in Florida and cruising!
Jessica is an assistant here at Grosso Family Dentistry since 2010. On the job, she encourages patients to feel comfortable in the dental chair and sees the value and importance of caring for their teeth. She has lived in Libertytown most of her life and enjoys seeing multiple people from the community. Outside the office, Jessica loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Chelsea is a Dental Assistant at our Libertytown location. She began her dental assisting career in 2014. When working, Chelsea strives to help patients feel relaxed while providing quality care. During her free time, she enjoys playing with her dogs and spending time with family and friends.
