As a mercury-free dental practice, we never use mercury-based amalgam fillings or any other type of metal in our treatments. We can safely replace your old metal fillings with tooth-colored fillings that are not only safer and stronger for your teeth, but also blend seamlessly with the rest of your smile. We follow a strict protocol for mercury filling removal to protect our patients, team and environment from the hazards of mercury.

When you lose a tooth, you also lose the root connected to it. Without your natural root sending a message to your body that bone is required to hold a tooth in place, you will begin to experience bone loss, which can eventually lead to jaw collapse. Dental implants are the only form of tooth replacement that address this issue. Once your jawbone accepts the dental implant root, it will treat it just like a natural tooth root, once again signalling your body to produce bone for support.
Apart from this, dental implants are the strongest and most permanent solution for missing teeth. The titanium root anchors your new tooth firmly in place, giving it the same strength as your natural teeth and restoring full functionality to your smile. With a 98% success rate, dental implants are simply the best tooth replacement method available.
Dental implants are permanent. When an implant is inserted into your jawbone, your body accepts it as a new tooth. This process, called osseointegration, allows your implant to become a permanent part of your smile. With proper care, most dental implants can last for decades; in fact, some people never have to replace their implants.
The process of oseointegration can take up to six months to complete. During this time, your jawbone will beforming around the implant to ensure a permanent hold. Although this process may seem long, it is well worth the end result when you consider the wealth of lifetime benefits offered by dental implants.
