Being a pediatric dentist is immensely gratifying: I have the honor of contributing to a childs growth in many different ways, helping each to lead a fuller and healthier life. Personally, I feel lucky to be part of a childs life, educating and supporting them while in my care. I love guiding and nurturing children, and seeing each grow into a healthy, happy adult.
I want kids to love visiting the dentist and to be excited about taking care of their teeth. Its important to offer a fun yet relaxing environment, where children feel safe and at home. This helps build a trusting bond and for them to learn that dentistry is a positive part of a healthy life.
I adore working with children, learning about their lives and sharing in all they experience and dream about. Whether Im providing dental care, offering pointers to improve their home dental hygiene, or listening to them talk about their day, I am showing the child that they are important and that I care about who they are.
Healthcare, especially dentistry and the dental specialties, is always evolving. When shes not seeing patients, Dr. Maria is usually with her family and friends. She enjoys playing sports with her kids, supporting various childrens fundraising activities and charities, and constantly seeks ways to improve herself, both professionally and personally.
I am energized the minute I walk through the doors of our office. I truly feel a synergy that only happens when you are part of a unified team. We come in with the mantra of doing good for others, and do our best to execute this every day, in every interaction.
As an orthodontist, I enjoy all part of patient engagement. I particularly enjoy meeting with new patients and getting to know them and their families. We create a treatment plan, together, and follow it through in a true partnership.
The results of the care we offer are truly transformative. I meet with children who are afraid and learn to trust, teens who start shy and become extroverts during the treatment process, and adults who have decided to do something to better themselves.
I feel blessed to be part of the process of transforming lives: we not only create beautiful smiles and improve function, but treatment instills a confidence that becomes readily apparent. This is what makes orthodontics both an art and a science.
Throughout the year, Dr. Alon completes many hours of continuing education. He takes a range of courses that allow him to treat the whole patient, not only their teeth. By staying at the forefront of emerging research, trends, and methodologies, he is able to deliver an exceptional orthodontic experience and lasting, beautifully healthy results.
Outside of creating smiles, Dr. Alon enjoys time with friends and family, as well as reading, exercising, and meditating. Most of his free time, though, is spent running the kids between their many activities.
As a pediatric dentist, I enjoy giving children a positive dental experience. Its a privilege to educate them to promote healthy lifelong habits that will benefit them into adulthood. The unique opportunity to intervene in the early stages of an individuals life is what makes pediatrics the most exciting aspect of dentistry.
I am a firm believer in keeping parents informed at every step of their childs dental journey. I believe we can work as a team to ensure each child has individualized care and is set on a path of success. The dental education I provide is personalized for each child and is enhanced by clear and concise communication.
I strive to maintain an atmosphere of fun and increase each childs level of confidence. My efforts go beyond providing excellent dental care. I also feel its important to empower a child to know that they are able to take care of their teeth and to maintain their dental health. My goal is to provide a supportive environment to build trust and to foster positive attitudes towards oral health.
Dentistry is a fast moving profession, and as such I continuously keep up to date on the latest dental technologies and research. My goal is to always provide my patients with the highest possible level of care, with options that fit different individual needs.
Dr. Lizzy was born and raised in Great Neck, New York. She enjoys playing tennis, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. Dr. Lizzy also enjoys exploring new areas with her labradoodle, Archie.

It is a blessing to have my kids attend this practice where the dentists and all the assistants are so caring and patient. Dr. Lizzy is great, super fun and energetic with children. My daughter broke her tooth and after calling the emergency line after hours, Stephanie called me right back with a great and understanding attitude. Dr. Lizzy spent more than three hours fixing my child's tooth the next day and Katrina, who assisted her was very polite, patient and empathetic.

The staff and orthodontist/ dentists are amazing here . I have been bringing my kids here since six months old , after their first tooth came in . They are both under orthodontist care as well, my daughter just got her braces off today and has a beautiful smile .. Everyone is super nice , professional and the place is not only immaculate, it's kid friendly. I recommend you bring your family here for dental and orthodontic care .

We love Grosman Dental! My kids have been going since the age of 1. My kids have autism and the doctors and staff have gone above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

We called because our daughter was hit in the tooth at school. We were a new patient and they fit us in immediately for that same afternoon. Dr. Lizzy was amazing and the hygienist was phenomenal. They took good care of my baby and she left very happy. I recommend this office due to their cleanliness and dedication. Great team!

I have gotten very courteous and highly skilled care here since 2013. They went above and beyond to get my resistant 3 year old used to dentistry. Fast forward to today, and he enjoys his appointments and chatting it up with Dr. Maria and his hygienists. I also trust that my sons get the most effective and conservative treatments here.
