Dr. Groff has been a dentist in Clinton since 1984, setting up his practice here after graduating from UMKC School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has earned a Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the Greater Kansas City Dental Society and the Pankey Study Club, having served the latter as a past-president. He participates in the Give Kids a Smile program, in addition to donating time with the Mission of Mercy projects in Kansas and Missouri.
Because of his passion for his patients care and the art of dentistry, Dr. Groff has earned over 2,000 hours of continuing education in nearly every area of dentistry. He believes that his patients deserve the finest oral care possible, since this contributes immensely to their personal health and well-being. He is also very mindful to provide comfort and alleviate any concerns or problems his patients may bring to the practice.
Dr. Groff grew up in Clinton, graduated from Clinton High School, and enjoys being a part of this community. He is a member of the Truman Lake Community Foundation, has donated many hours to the Henry County Health Center Dental Clinic, and is a board member and supervising dentist at State Fair Community Colleges Dental Hygiene program.
He has been very dedicated to Clintons Boy Scout organization, and has enjoyed participating in outdoor activities, such as the deer hunters breakfast, campouts, float trips, and, of course, Philmont! Dr. Groff has fun playing his trumpet with Clintons Community Band, the First Baptist Church band, the Warrensburg Community Band, and has been known to play at the Clinton United Methodist Church band, too.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We aim to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient, and we put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment.
Our team is trained and skilled, and each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Jill has been with Groff Dental Studio since 2000. She has certification in placement of restorative materials and periodontal expanded functions. She is skilled and reassuring, and enjoys helping patients love their smile.
Brook has been with Groff Dental Studio since 1995. She loves interacting with patients to give them a more enjoyable dental experience. She has certification in placement of restorative materials and periodontal expanded functions.
Stephanie joined the Groff Dental Studio team in 2017. She graduated from Lakeland High School in 1995. She attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO and received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1999. Stephanie enjoys building relationships with our patients and is passionate about helping them achieve their optimum oral health.
Madison is the newest member of the Groff Dental Studio team. She graduated from State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO with an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene in 2018. She plansto attend Central Methodist University to obtain a BS degree in Health Administration. She is a member of the Missouri Dental Hygiene Association and the American Dental Hygiene Association. Madisons goal is to provide her patients with a positive dental experience, so they can achieve and maintain their oral health.

I had a bad experience at a different local dentist about 10 years ago and stopped going, shame on me. About a year ago had a crown fall of and needed it taken care of so I made an appointment with Dr. Groff and I am glad I did. After not going for so long I had several issues that needed taken care of. In 2020 I had 3 crowns and an implant and I am 100% satisfied with every procedures. When you call for an appointment Lynnette is very polite and helpful and does a great job working with your insurance to make sure you get every benefit that you pay for. Jill did a great job making and fitting my crowns in house. She spends as much time as necessary to make sure they fit correctly. Madison is the Hygienist that I have worked with and after 10 years of me not having a cleaning, she had a lot of work to do but today I am going back for a routine cleaning. Dr. Groff does a great job, no lecturing, just went to work.

I just want to help you and tell you that Dr Groff and his wonderful staff!! Will NOT hurt you it was a and continues to be the kindest and most comforting reassuring dental practice I have ever been to!! I am in the process of getting dentures and have had a lot of work done in my mouth because I was always SCARED! to go and and they have NEVER hurt me!! They never made me feel bad for letting my teeth suffer the consequences. So please give Dr. Groff and his staff a chance I promise they won't disappoint!! Sincerely, L. Hannah

This office is exceptional with my childs dental care. My daughter has had to have quite a bit done and Groff is absolutely wonderful with children! It's nice to know your children are in good care. I would highly recommend Dr. Groff!
