Dr Norman Katzoff is a graduate of Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry. He believes in constant continuing education. He never stops learning and attending continuing education courses in order to better himself for the benefit of his clients. He was selected and completed Gordon Christensens two year Mentorship program at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. This two year commitment to studying with Dentistrys elite educators, puts Dr. Katzoff among a select group of dentists in the country.
Dr Katzoff is an amateur magician and a past president of the Stefanik/Roy New London Society of Magicians. He also devotes time to his other passion, art. An accomplished potter, Dr Katzoff has also been working with fused glass and Zentangle (ask him about it). With all of these things going on, other than his family, Dr. Katzoffs number one commitment is to his team and clients.

I was so blessed to have accidentally found this dentistry, after going to a dental clinic in norwich, w/no results & in chronic pain for hours & that clinic sent me home,after taking a lot of xrays & telling me there was no issue! This Dentistry in Griswold, found a time slot, as soon as they could, and took 2 xrays & found my problem, fixing it within minutes,successfully, w/ a smile on everyones faces!! I will be going back for an extraction soon & am confident in knowing I'm in good hands all the way! Everyone from the receptionists to the dental staff assistants, to the dentist was so friendly, helpful & nice to me! Thanks again Griswold Dentistry for saving my day! God bless!

Dr K and the WHOLE STAFF are great ! From the time you walk in and then thru whatever procedure you are having , they are kind and great at explaining things and help you to relax. And ,a big thing , there is no judgement about the current condition of your teeth . Life happens ! And they understand . I totally recommend this practice to take care of whatever issues you may encounter. From the office staff ,who will deal with insurance company , or a cavity that needs filling ,getting you in fast for an emerg appt of a broken tooth , crowns , root canals , and going thru the process of implants. Dr K has his own lab on site too, so very convenient . Plus , they are big on following any covid recommendations ; for the safety of the staff and the patient . Which is a huge stress relief for those of us who have concerns . A friendly atmosphere and people who like their profession which is evident throughout . The best you can ask for imho .

I have a fear of dentist. And with not having any teeth for 2 1/2 years nor being able to wear my dentures. Today was the 1st time I have had teeth. This dentist made me feel at ease and made me laugh.

Best dentist around. Great, personable & friendly employees make the visit smooth and enjoyable. Dr. Katzoff does absolutely incredible work and takes professionalism to a new level. Latest state of the art tech right in office so theres no wait time for a crown to be made. Highly recommend Dr. Katzoff and his wonderful staff to anyone whos looking for any dental work done!

New to the area and a new today customer having a emergency dental issue on a weekend. They got me right in on Monday morning, they got me all set with figuring out what was the issue and treatment. I've been going to Griswold Dental for many years. Dr. K and his staff are by far the best Dental Group around. They do just about every level of dentistry possible. You need a crown? They will whip one up for you while you wait. They have all of the latest technology and make your dental experience very stress free. I've actually fallen asleep a few times when getting root canals,crowns,etc. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! Roy G.

Unfortunately I ended up having to have a tooth extracted but I still have an infection. This is no reflection on the Dr or the staff. I'm just disappointed I couldn't get it taken care of today. Dr and staff are great
