Great team, supper friendly, and very organised. This is our first time visit to the clinic and I was so impressed with everyone around. I greatly appreciate Dr. Dragstedt's attitude and knowledge. We had an excellent experience. The facility is exceptionally clean with lots of activities to engage your child. The hygienists and dentist were wonderful and very skilled with working with young patients. I'm so glad that we found this practice. My kids are excited to go back for their next visit!!

Everything is a scam and a way to nickel and dime you here. There is always an issue that will result in an additional few hundred dollars of work. No matter how good of care you take with your children's teeth. I had the pleasure of sitting in their waiting room for a few hours while unnecessary work was done on my child's teeth and observed them for the entirety of the few hours come out to every single parent and hit them up for more money after their initial visit. Then I looked at reviews online and saw others advising the same thing. As well as second opinions going against recommended work. Then I spoke with family I've referred there and confirmed they are constantly hit up for additional hundreds/thousands in work. So either all parents can't maintain their children's teeth or they are hustling parents at all times. Either way we will not be going there again. It's all smoke and mirrors.

Everyone was so wonderful, it was like family! Myself and my children all felt at home! Best dental experience we have ever had! My little one said, "why is the dentist the best place ever?" Thank you so much for everything.

Dr.Moore is personable, friendly and caring. The receptionists and techs are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Our visits are always efficient. I would highly recommend Grins & Giggles Pediatric Dentistry.

Let me first state that I am a very picky person and always research before picking a place for my children. This place did a lot of work for my 6 year old that was so scary to even think of trusting someone with. New to the area and found this place by reference of high springs dental and so thankful. My daughter is very sassy and hard to work with and dr Dragstedt was absolutely the best person for the job. So much patience and so sweet. Took care of my baby 100% and my daughter isn't traumatized one bit. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend this dr. She will forever have my business

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The whole staff were nothing but ANGELS, and made what could have been a terrifying experience for my 3 year old nothing short of an amazing one! She came out of her anesthesia crying, not because she was hurting, but begging me to take her back to the doctors because she wanted her "Elsa candy air" lol She now has "princess crowns" on her teeth and it has all provided a sense of relief for this mama! We will DEFINITELY be continuing business with them!

I drove over an hour just to establish my son as a patient here and let me just say - this place is immaculate. Super kid-friendly, even more so than one would expect from a pediatric office. The front desk staff is welcoming, the dental assistant was extremely patient and very professional. Dr. Alissa was fantastic and very thorough. She made sure all our needs were met and our questions and concerns were addressed. It takes a special kind of person to work with children, and this team does a profound job in doing so. I'm very happy I've chosen Grins and Giggles to be my sons dental home. Well worth the drive!

The best Dentist and staff ever!! My girls loved everyone at the front desk, the dental hygienist and their dentist! Everyone was so nice and explained everything perfect! The office was clean, cute and fun! We love it here!

This place is amazing! I had all 3 my kids together. And they were able to handle all 3 of them at separate times. I highly recommend.

Grins and Giggles is the go to spot for kids. It's so welcoming and makes you feel at peace from the minute you walk in. It has interactive games for kids and video games. It takes away the scariness of a traditional dentist office and makes it a safe place for kids who may be new to visiting the dentist. The staff are amazing and both Dr. Moore and Dr. Alissa are amazing! Highly recommend Grins and Giggels!

All of the staff is wonderful with both my girls. They are always extremely patient and go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable. Dr. Alyssa is always amazing- she takes her time to talk to the girls and make sure they feel like they trust her which is so important when they are this young. We absolutely love Grins N Giggles!
