Called in yesterday at 4:00 scheduled appointment for this morning at 9:30 I had broken a veneer on a front tooth. Went in they removed the old and will have a permanent new veneer at 3:30 today! Never had a bad experience but this was above and beyond service. To the kind and professional staff and to Dr Grimes I want to say thank you for the exceptionally great work over the years.

I have dental anxiety but Dr.Grimes and his staff did amazing and made me feel so comfortable! I can't remember the woman's name that was assisting him but she was so sweet! I'm proud to call Grimes Dentistry my dentist!

Went to have my first dentist appointment since moving to Lubbock. All staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Veronica, Brianna, and Dr. Grimes did amazing in making sure I was comfortable and well informed. Definitely feel taken care of!

I usually don't write reviews but this one is worth writing. Last week I had my teeth cleaned for the first time here at Dr. Grimes office. Alex was my hygienist and let me just say, WOW! She was extremely gentle and very knowledgeable/informative. She took her time and was very diligent, making it the most pleasant cleaning I've had in years.

Today I had my consultation with Dr. Grimes. I must say how happy I was the second I entered the office. Everyone was so nice. Every question I had was answered. I went in with so much anxiety because of my past experiences, but it quickly went away talking to Dr. Grimes. I feel extremely happy moving forward with my treatment plan there at Grimes Dentistry. Thanks to you and your staff for making me feel so welcomed and so patient with me.

I recently needed a root canal and ended up calling Grimes Dentistry based off the google reviews. I can now say i was not disappointed in the slightest!! Dr. Grimes and Hope were some of the sweetest professional people I have ever met! They really went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and to solve my problems. I will be using them for any of my dentistry needs in the future and highly recommend them!

My crown came off (chewing gum) and I called the office. Dr. Grimes was off for the day but they got me in that afternoon with Dr. Mathur. I am sure he was very busy with his patients but took time to help me. The office staff is always so courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a great dentist and staff, Grimes Dentistry is the place to go.

Garbage patient management. Last two appointments were rescheduled( one while I was in the office). Then both appointments were over a half hour or so by their rescheduled times. The appointments were handled much better when they were at the old location.

Dr. Grimes, Dr. Mathur, and their staff are always friendly, informative, and professional. Their expertise and technology is far more advanced than other dentist offices. I switched my kids to Dr. Grimes today. Both Dr. Grimes and Dental Hygienist Kristin were thorough and regarding my son's current dental health and future dental health as he will need braces and wisdom teeth removed. Kristin carefully and pleasantly explained and demonstrated proper oral care to my son. That was today's visit and the first time I met Dr. Grimes. Dr. Mathur won me over when he fixed what another dentist office did not do correctly for me. He is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Grimes, Dr. Mathur, and their team to everyone!

Naomi was rude, obnoxious and condescending. Such a shame that a great Dentist has to get a poor review because their staff apparently have no decorum. Not to mentioned that the estimate was so far off from the eventual cost I don't know how someone can in all honesty call it an "estimate".
