Dr. Orhan Suljic grew up in Des Moines and graduated from Urbandale High School. He participated in multiple school activities such as football, basketball and track and field while always maintaining a high standard in academics. After graduating high school with a 4.0 GPA, Dr. Suljic attended Drake University where he majored in Biology. At Drake University, he began shadowing a dentist in the Des Moines area. He fell in the love with the profession and knew he wanted to be a dentist. Dr. Suljic graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drake University and immediately began dental school at the University of Iowa.At the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Suljic developed his skills and won several clinical excellence awards in the process. During his junior and senior year, he won the American Association of Endodontics Student Achievement Award, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Student Achievement Award, the Keith E. Thayer Fixed Prosthodontics Award, the Academy of Operative Dentistry Outstanding Achievement Award and the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student of the Year award. After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Suljic decided to return back home and practice in the Des Moines area.Dr. Suljic enjoys spending time with his wife, Kylie, their daughter, Ella and their two dogs. His hobbies include traveling, playing basketball, bike riding, supporting the Hawkeyes and spending time with family and friends.Dr. Suljic is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the Iowa District Dental Society and the Des Moines District Dental Society. He is excited and honored to become your dentist at Grimes Dental Group if you allow him to. He will treat you like family.

Kylie graduated from DMACC in 2015 with her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She graduated with honors and in the top five of her class. Before earning her Dental Hygiene degree, Kylie graduated from KCC in 2012 with her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting. She splits her time between dental hygiene and front office because she likes the variety. It keeps her on her toes and the days fly by!

Kylie enjoys spending time with her family, which includes Orhan, their daughter, Eleanor, and two dogs, Gabbi and Piper. She enjoys doing home projects, working in the yard, watching Netflix and traveling with Orhan!

Kylie loves being a part of Grimes Dental Group alongside her husband. Being able to design this dream together and see it come to life has been truly amazing. Her hope is that all patients feel welcome and comfortable when they are in.

Indira graduated from Drake University in 2021 with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Management. She has a special interest in medical/dental practices and her goal is to acquire more knowledge about the healthcare industry. Indira loves to spend time with her family. She has two sisters, one of which is 8 minutes older than her. During her free time, she likes to binge watch a variety of shows. During the Spring and Summer seasons, Indira loves to play tennis and spend a lot of time outdoors. She is excited to be a part of the Grimes Dental Group family.

Megan is a northeast Iowa native. She grew up in Denver, IA and is a new resident to the Des Moines area. She has been in the dental field since 2016. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is the different relationships she develops with each and every patient. Also, she finds it extremely gratifying watching a patient go through the restorative process and achieve a healthier mouth and beautiful smile in the end.

Megan loves spoiling her lovely niece and her pup, Cash. After playing a couple years of collegiate softball, she now enjoys spending time in the summer playing slow pitch softball and sand volleyball with friends. During the fall season, she likes tailgating for Iowa Hawkeye football games on Saturdays and watching the Kansas City Chiefs on Sundays.

Jessica, a Minnesota native, graduated from SCTCC with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting in 2017. As a registered dental assistant, she enjoys getting to know patients on a personal level and easing their dental fears. Her favorite part of dentistry is the evolved technology like being able to design, fabricate, and cement a crown in the same day.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler and golden retriever, Annie. They can often be found enjoying the outdoors in the summer and watching the NFL in the fall/winter (SKOL Vikings)! She loves warm weather, all things decor, and traveling.

Ashley is from Cedar Falls, where she graduated with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Hawkeye Community College in 2011. She strives to educate and help her patients feel more confident in their smiles. It is her goal to provide a comfortable and stress free environment while maintaining the highest standard of care.

Married in 2015, she and her husband are kept busy by three little boys, and would have it no other way. Ashley and her family have now been Des Moines residents for three years, and couldnt imagine living anywhere else. She loves being a part of an awesome community, and loves to visit the farmers market on the weekends during the summer. She enjoys to grab breakfast and run through the Cowles Commons fountain with her boys.

Angela graduated from DMACC with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 1996 after working in dentistry as a certified dental assistant for 10 years. Her passion and interest in dentistry started as a child when she would make her little sister play dental patient with her! Angela 's favorite part of being a dental hygienist is educating patients about their oral health and seeing the 'light' turn on when they understand how to take control of their health.

When she's not at the dental office, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and 5 grandsons. She also loves her goats and chickens, her flower beds, birdwatching, and riding her motorcycle. In the winter, you'll catch her binge watching Netflix or reading a good book!
