If you like boomers, being called a liar and laughed at for being scared of having all your wisdom teeth removed, this is the place for you! I saw him for 5 minutes and left in tears. Ive never met someone so rude. He would not answer my questions and essentially told me to shut up.

Many years ago, Dr G. removed my wisdom teeth and it was so awful that I didn't even return to get my stitches out. I recently saw a post on facebook from a person that had a very similiar experience. I felt compelled to leave this review after so many years because I realize that so many others have had really bad experiences. PLEASE find another oral surgeon.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... I had a tooth pulled. My very first extraction. He is extremely rude and doesn't explain what he's doing. Him and his assistant both kept yelling at me to stop moving when I was clearly in pain. His assistant held my head down and back so I wouldn't move as he was pulling it. The office equipment is extremely outdated, and nope they don't sit down while working on you, they're standing, hovering over you like you're some kind of experiment. Oh and if you're light sensitive you can't wear your sun glasses!!! Apparently they're a distraction. Also, his assistant told me it was like working on a moving target... i have severe anxiety, which I made them aware of in the beginning and they laughed at me. I asked for more gauze after my tooth my was ripped from my head, and she smiled at me and told me "no I can't give you more" That was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. I feel completely traumatized.

Very professional these other ratings are surprising because The doctor was more then gentle and quick he didn't hurt me at all the entire Staff as a whole was no short of amazing I just got up out the chair. He is definitely a first class Surgeon !

I just had 3 widsom teeth removed and it was WORSE than being in labor for 26 hours and giving birth. The doctor doesn't need to work with people! As I was crying in pain he just said "it's nothing I can." Then when it was over he just left the room. I never been so traumatized in my life! If your life depended on him doing this...you might be better of dying or fighting for your life else where. DO NOT COME HERE

Dr. Grillon's bedside manner is awful. First they took my son back to examine and look at his X-rays. I asked if I could go in the back to be a part of the discussion for his treatment plan. My son told me later on that the nurse said, "Oh she really wants to come back with a 21 year old!" Ummm I surely do especially because I'm paying! Then the doctor walks in, my son was putting his phone from one pocket to the other so he could sit down and Dr. Grillon blurts out, "Young man the phone must be put away or I will charge you $100!" I said, "Well hello to you too!" He looks at me and points to the X-ray to point out the teeth that need to be removed and the nurse hands me a card and says this is what you'll need to pay. And that was it! The Dr, head nurse/ staff are very unprofessional. The office looks old, dirty and unkept. We will NOT BE RETURNING!

IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF ANXIETY OR FEAR OF GOING TO DENTIST, RUN!! CHAIR SIDE MANNERS HORRIBLE, AND IS RUDE TO PATIENT (ME), I COULD NOT LEAVE FAST ENOUGH. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Dr. George Grillon is a butcher never had such a terrifying, horrible, painful experience in my life. Do not go to him he is truly a butcher. Doesn't care if the pain medicine is working or not.

I have never left a google review before but If there was a way to give this place 0 starts i would. Went to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The place is small and seems unclean. The main doctor is extremely rude. I was crying and in pain during procedure and not only did he keep trying to convince me I was just feeling pressure not pain, he was laughing at me. As if my pain was funny? I was extremely undermedicated. I was nervous going into the procedure and it was noticeable and they did absolutely nothing to make me feel a little more comfortable. Barely gave me any information about what's going on. He didn't even say hello when he walked in the room. Didn't say goodbye when he left. Just extremely rude and an awful man. No one really gave me any instructions on what to do after I left. When i left the office my mouth was gushing blood. They let me leave without gauze in my mouth...I have never heard of that. Not sure how this man is still able to practice since he seems to be born in the 1800s. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. Pay a little more to go somewhere nicer, with a surgeon who cares about you.

Please save yourself from the trauma. I have never been scared of the dentist until i went to this doctor to remove my last wisdom tooth (I had remove 3 at a different office). I knew this was a bad idea from the consultation but i didn't except it to be this bad!!! Dr. Grillon is the absolute worst!!! Has no empathy! This man under medicated me and when he saw me shaking he asked if it hurt so i immediately said yes then he say " then say something" ??? Excuse me? You're the one who should know how product to use to numb me?? I was literally shaking and tears were coming down my eyes. It was so embarrassing bc this has never happened to me. I thought u had high pain tolerance until i had this visit. The assistant treated like a person, unlike dr.grillon. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dr Grillon is an amazing oral surgeon and I'm so very pleased with how my mouth is healing from getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out last week. The girl at the front desk is such a sweetheart. I appreciate everything Dr Grillon and staff Thank you!

Pretty terrifying- I was told to have four impacted wisdom teeth removed, I wouldn't have to get any anesthetics other than local. After telling them I had extreme anxiety and was a minor at the time. They told me I could go to work directly after the surgery (when I got it done I was in bed for a week unable to eat or get up). The women in the front office refused to answer when I asked them what I would be able to eat after my surgery and how long the healing process would take- not something you should do in patients who openly tell you they have anxiety. They should be prepped for dealing with all patients. Overall rude and cold staff, I was scared to get a surgery there after seeing the dusty rooms that looked like they were put together in 2002 and hadn't been touched since. I ended up going somewhere else that was prepped to deal with anxious patients and minors. Unless there are NO other options, I would not recommend going here.

Literally have been hung up on 6 times. I'm being VERY polite. The lady keeps "putting me on hold" to look at the calendar to schedule an appointment and then hanging up. When I call back I'm either put on hold immediately or directly hung up on. I called back 10 times.. eventually their answering service answered to tell me that they've turn their phones off for lunch now. They're the only people who take my insurance. I wouldn't go here if I had other options. So disgustingly unprofessional.
