Worst front desk customer service. When questions were asked, front desk tones were raised. This was the first time I've ever had to verify insurance for a business. Verified just for them to access the account, to put a patient on the schedule. When communicated about this complaint, front desk staff continued to be rude and disrespectful with their tones and verbal choicing of words. In all my years of being a parent and advocating for my children. This office staff was by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I had called a few months back because I was referred to them to get a few teeth extracted, when I called the receptionist was very rude. I had made my appointment and the day before which my appointment is tomorrow, I got told because of my insurance I have to pay 99.00 for the x ray. I know 99.00 may not seem a lot to some but when your living pay check to pay check it's a lot. Have I been warned about this I would have been able to come up with the money. However the receptionist said it's not my fault for the type of insurance you have. Really I'm sorry I have Medicade.

I went here two weeks ago to get all four of my wisdom teeth out and it was a breeze! I no longer have pain from them and the healing process was so easy for me! Thank you guys so much for your help!! I would 1000% recommend these guys!

Dr. Griffitts and his team did a great job on my wisdom teeth extraction. From the consultation to the surgery everything seemed very well done and thorough. The front desk staff was very nice as well, and the office is welcoming and clean.

Grocery shopping is more painful than that wisdom tooth extraction was. And it was so fast! I wish I could remember the name of his assistant because she was the breeziest, sweetest person! Great experience 10/10

I have never met a more friendly group of people ever. And the overall experience is unmatched by anyone anywhere. Extremely professional, and informative. If I had any teeth left I would have them pulled here just for the amazing experience. Thanks to all of you at Griffitts facial and oral surgery!. Simply fantastic.

In regard to actual treatment, the experience here was superb - exam and review of procedure to remove and biopsy a nodule in my cheek. The procedure went well and with no complications.

I am so thankful I went to Dr Griffitt's office to have my wisdom tooth pulled. I am a self pay customer and he is so reasonable compared to other oral surgeons in the area. He takes his time answering any questions you may have. He explains the procedure very well. I had no pain at all during the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Griffitt's and his kind staff.

I can not express enough how appreciate I am of Dr Griffitts calm and sensitive approach. I have been horrified of having my wisdom teeth pulled, I previously had cancelled two other scheduled appointments with other oral surgeons. He was nice, understanding of my fear, and made the day of extraction smooth and great as having teeth removed can be. I was VERY impressed. Highly recommend!

I was given a referral for a tooth that needed to be extracted on Friday 27th. I know the world is crazy right now but the receptionist told me everyone is in pain and she would have to investigate my situation. She was very rude . Why would I lie about needing my tooth pulled. I called the second referral and had my tooth pulled out in four hours. Just a heads up, I didn't want my tooth pulled out but it was infected and very painful. Please talk to your staff about compassion.

Dr. Griffitts is competent, efficient, but most of all kind and caring. The staff are equally kind and compassionate. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out here with no problems and very little to no pain at all. No infection as well. I wish he would have been around when I had mine out!
