Jessica has been in the orthodontic field since 2001. She began as a clinical assistant and is now a treatment coordinator. Its so amazing, says Jessica, to see lives change through a smile. I am so blessed to be part of such an incredible milestone in peoples lives. I love what I do, the people I work with at Griffin & Errera, and the many people we serve! Jessica enjoys travel, hot yoga, spin, and most of all, being at home with her husband, son and fur babies.
Teresa started in orthodontics shorty after nursing school and now 30+ years later, shes been a part of making so many smiles shine! She enjoys working with all ages from age 3 to age 94, including the many special needs patients that make her smile every day. When shes not working, Teresa enjoys spending time with her son Zemery, gardening, and exploring new places.
Carrie is a native of Madison, Virginia and loves animals - she owns four cats, two dogs, and a pony. Carrie played soccer from elementary school, junior high and high school, graduating from Warrenton 's Liberty High. She began working at Griffin & Errera Orthodontics in 2013. 'When I found out there was an opening, I immediately called.' Carrie 's own orthodontic treatment was at G&E, along with much of her family, and she plans to be with G&E for many more years to come.
Lori has been an orthodontic Assistant for 10 years. She enjoys seeing Griffin & Errera patient smiles transformed as they go through treatment. Its also amazing to see their excitement when its time to take off their braces! Lori enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and they try to spend as much time as possible outdoors.
Tanis came to Virginia from Panama in 2005 and fell in love with the state. After studying in both Panama and U.S., she became interested in the world of dentistry seven years ago and has since attended and taught in Dental Assistant Training schools in both Manassas and Woodbridge. When shes not working, Tanis enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring, and enjoying foods from different cultures.
Dr. Griffin has served Northern Virginia for 35 years and still finds time to teach biomechanics and clinical practice at Harvard University's School of Dental Medicine. Outside the office he enjoys working out, equestrian sports, golf and tennis. He also finds time to serve as the Co-Chair and Director of Racing for the Virginia Gold Cup Races.
Dr. Griffin served as the first Dental Director of the Fauquier Free Clinic (FFC), which he and other local dentists founded more than 20 years ago. The Clinic serves individuals who are employed but do not earn enough to afford medical and dental care, and are not eligible for Medicaid.Several years ago, the FFC moved to its new facility on Blackwell Road and serves more than 2,000 patients annually.
In addition to working at the clinic on a regular basis, Dr. Griffin also sees FFC patients in his private office where he and the G&E team create dentures for those in need.Each of Dr. Griffin's team members enjoys participating in this type of community service and considers this a rewarding part of their day.

My daughter's appointment was 9/15/22 and we can not be any happier with the orthodontist, Dr. Griffin, and staff here!!! This was a consultation and is at no cost!!! We are definitely getting my daughter scheduled for invisalign which she is so excited about!!! I would like to add my daughter has mild autism and ADHD that affects her social skills. They were able to handle it wonderfully and help keep her questions focused on the visit

This Orthodontist is awesome!!! We go to the Culpeper office but I think it's the same staff as the one in Warrenton. They started seeing my daughter at age 5 due to her having a Cleft Palate repair as an infant. Dr. Errera is SO good with young children! My daughter is high functioning ASD and he and the staff accomodate her anxiety and special needs like pros. Dr. Griffin is very skilled and has experience treating children with Cleft Palate repairs. He's great with older kids and adults. The rest of the staff is also very caring and compassionate and definitely focused on patient comfort. We just started my second daughter with them and they were very accomodating of her medical needs as well. I would give this office 10 stars if I could!!

Hands down best Ortho available anywhere around. Feeling very thankful for them today. We drive 40 min and pass several options to come here. Dr. Joe gets it right the first time. Came up with a perfect plan for our kids and the results are literally perfect. Couple that with great people in the office and a very smooth visit process as well. 10 out of 10

They have taken care of both of my sons, and have always made us feel super welcome and never pressured. They're very clear and open with the treatment plans and are also willing to work with insurance and dental offices to get the best results. I highly recommend!!

The Griffin and Errera team was warm and welcoming on the day of my consult. The team had a great rapport with patients and fellow employees alike, which made the appointment run smoothly and quieted any anxieties I may have had prior to my arrival. I was pleased with the knowledge of the staff and felt that I was going to get the care I needed to resolve the issues with my teeth and jaw. I look forward to continuing treatment!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Everyone in the building was so kind and Informative. I felt completely taken care of and received the exact treatment I was looking for. Wonderful communication, clean environment; and very happy faces :) 10/10 would recommend!

Two of our teens had braces done in Culpeper. Our Daughter had her's done with Griffin and Errera. They both needed about the same amount of time and treatment. I found this office to be much more friendly and easier to work with when scheduling visits. The staff here was overall much friendlier to both my child and myself. (At the other orthodontist my son and I were made to feal like we were often an inconvenience and that they were doing us a favor) I spent several thousand less at Griffin and Errera too. Again, the treatments were pretty much the same. This office was never overcrowded and was always clean. The Dr's took time to explain my daughter's progress instead of cutting us off mid question and rushing to the next kid. I really feel the other office has too many patients to give each child the time needed. We always felt rushed with my son. If we had another child that needed orthodontic work, we would beyond a doubt choose Griffin and Errera. I would also like to add that the office staff was a joy to work with. Thank you, Dawn...
