Orthodontist Dr. Jana Roberts, DDS, was born in Gadsden, Alabama and graduated Southside High School in 1985. Dr. Roberts studied at UAB and holds a Bachelor of Science (1990), a Doctor of Dental Medicine (1995), a Master of Public Health (1996), and a Master of Science (1999). Her husband, Robin, is a retired Hoover firefighter. They have three children: Jackson, Jordan, and Julie, enrolled in the Oak Mountain School system. Dr. Jana Roberts has provided leadership in the orthodontic community for over fifteen years.

Dr.Roberts was rude and rough. First, I received no greeting and then she continuously stated instructions with increasing volume, despite obvious efforts to follow instructions. Her arms/hand were shaking with the physical force applied to the teeth. Mouth was smashed against metal. I'd totally want a refund and go elsewhere if possible. It pays more to be kind. A few other employees were nice, though.

I'm an adult who had crooked teeth. I felt awkward considering braces because I thought it would make me look funny or something. Then it dawned on me that my teeth being crooked were already making me look funny and people noticed theme. So I figured if they are going to be looking at my teeth anyways then might as well give them something to look at that will benefit me. I started going 2 years ago. First impression was these friendly people have a well oiled machine, they get you in and out quickly witch is amazing considering the quality they put out. I just got my braces removed a week ago and I'm loving my beautiful mouth again. Awesome job. I recommend them for your teeth straightening needs. They will treat you right. They even have some payment plans if you can't afford to pay all up front. I gotta say it was money well spent. Thank you and you team of awesome busy bees. I also read a review on here that says the lady at the desk was always rude. I was going there 2 years ago. I never saw anyone rude there. If you feel like someone is being rude to you there please talk to dr Roberts I don't think she would tolerate that. I'm just sharing my experience. I don't know about his, but I never witnessed any rudeness the whole time I went. In fact it was the opposite, they are all nice. Just don't let that comment scare you away.

They were really nice people from the time I came in to the time I left that process was very straightforward I went in and out and they did a very good job and not causing me any pain
