I'm terrified of the dentist. They made me feel at ease explaining everything plus any out of pocket costs. Procedure was painless. Highly recommend

Had an infection on one side, they called me back they next day and got me in the next day for an emergency appointment. I needed an extraction and a filling on each side. Only pain I had was the shot. Never felt either filling. I was always taken right away and done in a half hour.

I'm very happy with Dr. Sammy. I think it's amazing how he gets it done perfect and fast. I plan on staying here.

I had a pretty bad experience the first time needing something big here... I had to wait for my few cavities to be filled and ended up having a cracked tooth needing a root canal down the line. The experience was abrasive. I was hesitant to come back but scheduled again. They definitely changed my mind this time around. They were very informative and pleasant!

If you have a real dental issue this is not the place to go too all they know how to do is say you have bad teeth and deep cleans and take your money. I recently discovered that I had issues going on with my gums and teeth. So I had to make an emergency appointment through these people which was already a hassle. I see they have family in their name and I had to bring my son with me because I had nobody to watch him. Well my son was a little upset and carrying on but nothing too concerning. They began examining my teeth and immediately told me there's nothing they can do and that my insurance didn't cover anything and the most they could do was pull my back tooth and that I needed a deep clean that I had to pay out of pocket for all of it, did not mention once that I could be put on a payment plan or anything. I was already frantic because my gums felt horrible and my teeth were looking rough and I didn't even think about the payment plan. Anywho once I told them I didn't have a lot of money the dentist himself was quick to get me out the door and at the end of it all told me not to bring my son with me for my next appointment. So my appointment was scheduled on a Monday and I tried desperately to find a sitter for my son but could not find one, my appointment was set for 2:30, so I called them at 10am requesting to reschedule the appointment, well the front desk lady said they will consider it a cancel and I would have to to pay $75 for me to schedule another. These people are worthless as dentists and humanbeings for lying and saying I couldn't bring my son and not wanting to help me because I didn't have money.

Im fully disabled and on a fixed income, I missed an appointment on DECEMBER 23, and GREYS IS CHARGING ME $50 for missing that appointment. WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I WILL FIND A NEW DENTIST. You are NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN.

First time here today. Got a deep cleaning, tons of fillings & 7 back teeth pulled! Im in very little pain and they were so patient, kind, gentle & caring! I never went to the dentist growing up and my teeth arent in the best shape because of that, but this place has given me hope! Sooo glad I researched and decided to choose this place! Highly recommend & thank you!

Doctor is very friendly, efficient, and has a light hand. Didn't feel pain at all. Also bilingual and speaks English and Arabic perfectly, so that makes foreign patients feel very comfortable. 10/10 recommend

All the staff and Dr Sami were so nice. I have vertigo and they were all very understanding and went beyond my expectations. Already made my six month check up.

Everyone at this practice are absolutely amazing. I had severe dental anxiety for many years, but after going to Dr. Sami, I am cured of my anxiety. From the front desk to the dental assistants and everywhere in between - I have had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere here is so comforting and it DOESN'T have that dentist office smell which is a huge plus for me! 10 stars for this practice. Would recommend to anyone!

Front desk is argumentative and combative when trying to reschedule appointments. I felt forced and because of that I will search for a new dentist .

I went to this dental practice for a routine dental cleaning which I had been going for years to this location. When I left I had noticed a huge gap in my front teeth , and they refused to give me a mirror to see my teeth after the cleaning. I immediately went back in and told the dentist and pleaded for help. I was yelled at and told "I came in there like this" , and when I had shown the dentist a picture of my teeth I had taken the day prior, he called me a liar. The pictures have time stamps. I have told them my mouth has been bleeding nonstop , and needed help. They told me to go to UPMC presby for dental trauma. It has been 20+ days, I can't eat, my mouth is constantly full of blood. I have pleaded with the dental office to help me , all this from a routine dental cleaning. I had to see an oral surgeon who told me they had accidentally removed my gum Papilla during the cleaning , which would never regrow , and I will now have to get skin grafts and possible surgery. This office understands how much pain, blood, and speech problems I am having and was at the hands of their mistake. They are refusing to help, sending me to other dentists on a wild goose chase , and I am in uncontrollable PAIN from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep. I am embarrassed to smile, I can't eat, all of this because I wanted a simple dental cleaning . If you have read this, you have been warned. Accidents happen, and I get it. Nobody would expect a dental accident to occur at the place that is supposed to help you, little than them telling you they can't and won't help you, and tell you to go elsewhere as you bleed and leave in extreme pain and they refuse to acknowledge any of your problems that you never had when you walked into their business. This place needs shut down, nobody should have their teeth and smile destroyed at the hands of a dentistry. It's a shame all of these good reviews on here, as when I posted this on my social media , many of my friends also had horror stories from this place, and told me similar stories of how they were treated, they were talked down to and left the office crying because of what had happened during their visit. I had always thought as a doctor or dentist, or anyone in the medical field takes an oath or agrees to help people with dental and medical problems to the best of their ability. This place did the exact opposite , they caused a problem, refused to fix it , and got angry and refuses to help. If this is where you want to go for your next dentist appointment , I hope you understand this wasn't just me , and it could be you next!

The office was very flexible when I was having some frustrating tooth pain - they managed to get me in quickly and fix the problem before it got even worse. I've been a patient for about a year now and appreciated their flexibility before, but this was good reassurance that I can rely on them if any other problems arise in the future!
