I have nothing but praise for Dr. Drees and her great staff at Ashland Dental Arts. They are everything you could possibly hope for in a family dentistry practice, and as a long-time patient I can assure you that you will not be disappointed!

Rude. Just called, put on hold, when lady returned to phone, said I was in need of a dentist. Told not accepting new patients. Asked if had any other recommendations in the area and was hung up on!

Just had my first appointment at Dr. Drees. Her hygienist, Michelle did a wonderful job. As a retired dental hygienist I know good quality work and my cleaning was excellent. Dr Drees is friendly and took a lot of time going over her findings. All her staff made me feel welcome. Please know that this office does things the right way. Strongly recommend them.

Dr. Gretchen Drees and her staff are very personable and professional. I have anxiety about dentists and they make me feel very comfortable. Please give them a try...you will not regret it!

Nobody likes to go to the dentist. I drive an hour and a half to see Dr. Gretchen and her staff. They are also friendly and professional it makes the experience worth the travel

The entire staff is very amicable. Casey was accommodating and quickly got me checked in. The waiting time was short before Katie (Dental Hygienist) met me and took me to a room to thoroughly clean my teeth. I found Katie to be concerned, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I've never had a better cleaning, and it was completely painless! I found all of the staff to be cheerful, and authentic in providing the best patient care. Definitely a 5 Operation. Dr Drees is superb and so is her staff!

I visited Dr. Drees' dental office as a new patient recently. The office staff is clearly organized and well run. The dental hygienists (plural as I brought my son too) were fantastic, extremely helpful and excellent at their craft. Dr. Drees conveyed with clarity where both my son and I are with our dental situations. I'm not a big fan of dentists as I'm sure most folks aren't, however I'm extremely impressed with her and her staff. My family has a new primary dentist! Five stars all the way.

Our entire family recently started going to Ashland Dental Arts and the entire staff and Dr. Drees are incredibly friendly and efficient. Katie was the hygienist for two of our family members and she clearly loves her job and is very good at it. I'm so glad we found this practice! We won't be looking for another dentist anymore.

Highly competent, very friendly, outgoing, care and interested in patient, very open and transparent, honest with patient, alert for possible future problems, no sales pitch. Definitely looking out for patient. We both felt that Katy and Dr. Drees cared about us.

Great office and environment. This office goes above and beyond with recommendations, attention to detail and patient care. All of the employees are very friendly and skilled at the profession. I've been a patient for over a year now and I'd highly recommend visiting Dr. Drees for any dental needs.

I absolutely loved my experience at Dr. Drees! Thank you to the entire staff for being so great! I grew up going to the same dentist in Maine, and as I have moved multiple times in the past 5 years, it has been very very hard to find a dentist office that I've enjoyed! From the very beginning of scheduling my apt, Casey was right on top of things and always gave me a call if anyone canceled to see if I could come in sooner! My dental hygienist Katie was amazing! She listened to my concerns, talked me through me entire apt, and made sure she explained everything and that I understood what was happening or what was going to happen. She took her time with my cleaning and made sure to point things out to me and offered some tips and tricks for certain problem areas! Dr. Drees was great and actually took the time to examine my teeth/mouth! Very knowledgeable and actually showed me- gave me a mirror- so I could actually see what she was referring to when talking about certain areas in my mouth. As patients we don't necessarily know all the lingo so when the dentist and hygienist can explain and actually show you what they are talking about, it's helpful! I would certainly recommend Dr. Drees to anyone and can't wait for my next apt!

Love Ashland Dental Arts. Dr. Drees is a great dentist with awesome chair side manner. Her dental hygienists are just as professional, pleasant and skillfully keep my teeth happy, healthy and ready-to-smile. I give Ashland Dental a Five!
