It should be understood, that the dental insurance contract is between the insurance company and the patient, whom bears the ultimate financial responsibility. Payments are due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payments in the form ofcash, check, or any major credit card.

We are participators with Delta Dental Insurance and Blue Cross of RI Dental Insurance. Our practice will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benfits. As a courtesy, we will prepare and submit insurance claims to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Your insurance is a contract between your employer or yourself and an insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract chosen.
