Wonderful, caring people. Ashley Clark time to intrtoduce me to the services they offer and allowed me to explain my fear of dentists/pain/problems. She was very compassionate and understanding. Didn't take but a minute to decide who would be doing my work. Set up an immediate first visit/consultation. they provided me an estimate of total needs, gave me on the spot facts/figures, offered financing, and set up first appointment. Dr. James M. Sitz and his staff amazing people just had a tooth extracted and I'm on around 24 hours healing and it's like i never even had a tooth there it is healing much faster than my previous extraction done at a different clinic with much less pain, swelling, and jaw trauma is a bit more pricey without insurance but I would recommend this dentist office to anyone any everyone who needs work done

I had my first visit a month ago, tomorrow. I give 2 stars only because Dr. Steen was nice. But....after I received an estimate on the cost of my procedures, requested the total cost before any work and not an estimate. Brittany never followed back with me! I have called and left five messages, asking for the total price. They refuse to give me a total, only a run around, I know that an estimate of $1,000 can turn into a $3,000 procedure. I'm convinced, that something is not right. And they must only return certain people phone calls. Now they'll receive money for my x-ray and exam, but I'll have to have my complete service somewhere else due to all of this, I don't trust them, too many red flags! If you're interested in becoming a new Patient beware.

Don't care about people in pain with insurance. They want cash when you have insurance. Will not write antibiotics even after 1st visit.

Angie and Dr Steen do a phenomenal job!!!!. Also the rest of the team does an amazing job as well. Best dentist group ever in town. They walk you through everything and they take care of you. I'm telling you, once you come, you will want to come back every time.

Today my first appointment in Grelot Dental Group went so well. I am referred to a specialist to resolve one preexisting issue, then I'll gladly be back to continue with GDG clinic. THANKFUL, because the good condition of my teeth and my "bite" will affect my overall health!

Been going to this dentist since June he pulled two teeth he did great on that. I get ready to get a partial when I went to get it fitted when it was waxed to get it molded his assistant tried to get him to come in and he wouldn't even come in to help with the assisting to get it done right. So when the partial came in it didn't fit right has a big gap in the bottom it has like lines in it and when it sits on the gum it cuts the gum and did not smooth it out and food gets trapped one tooth too short asked him to send it back and fix it they said they could not do it. So I told them I wasn't accepting it they told me that they were going to mail it to me that I better take it I said I don't want it send it back and get it fixed they refused to fix it. So I called my insurance company and they're going to see about getting it sent back to the lab to fix it properly. I do not recommend this dentist office the assistant girl was very rude I told them that they need to get professional training how to treat their customers don't waste your time going there. This is a update and I cannot even wear the partial it hurts so bad $1,500 down the drain!!!

I have NEVER left a dentist's office with no soreness or discomfort, but I did today!! This was my first visit to Grelot Dental Group and it will definitely not be my last. Angie was pleasant and professional and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and explaining any concerns. I have sensitivity in some teeth and she was mindful and very careful around them. Dr. Steen was also very nice. I would 10/10 recommend this office.

Amazing Experience with Janna Brown and Dr. Steen today. Janna was sweet, kind, compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. The information was beautifully presented and I never felt overwhelmed. Dr. Steen was also very kind and caring.8 I would definitely recommend Grelot Dental.

Turns out I wasn't a candidate for implants but dr. and Amy were upfront with me what he can do to make my life much easier and I left the office with a piece of mind and a smile! I love honest and sincere people!

BRAVO, Grelot Dental Group!!! After months of researching dentists in the Mobile area I can state, without reservation, that Dr. Steen and his staff are, hands down, the most impressive dental group I have ever experienced. It's not just the GENUINE kindness, compassion and concern shown by Dr. Steen and every member of his staff, but rather the level of integrity and excellence in which they conduct themselves and interact with their patients. Trusting people to act with integrity in today's society is almost nonexistent. However, Dr. Steen and every member of his staff from the receptionist (so precious!) to his dental assistants, hygienists, and office manager (seriously the most compassionate group I have ever encountered) have consistently gone above and beyond to not only alleviate my extreme anxiety regarding dental procedures, but to ensure that I am comfortable every step of the way. And Dr. Steen's chair side manner and expertise deserves its own "BRAVO" acknowledgement!!! My entire life I have been self conscious of my teeth and always felt a little "less than" because of their condition. When I looked in the mirror this afternoon after my first lengthy procedure I was overcome with emotion and sincere appreciation. For my reflection wasn't that of a woman embarrassed to smile or laugh. There, in the mirror, I saw the woman God created me to be........and she was smiling ~ proud to show her smile to the world!

I highly recommend Grelot Dental. From dental cleanings to cavities to root canals, I have had such a great experience! Their staff is awesome. I have had work done by both Dr. Steen and Dr. Sitz; they are very professional and take the time to explain your options and address all questions you have to help you feel comfortable. :)

My hygienist, Angie, is top notch. She knows how important care of my teeth are to me. She lets me know if anything is not PERFECT, as I prefer! Dr. Steen is awesome and caring and takes time to explain all options of any work that he sees needs to be done. These guys here are ALL TOP NOTCH! I trust what they tell me! Doing a fantastic job, I'll be there as long as you guys are! Thanks!

The Grelot Dental Group is Outstanding. I saw a fb ad for this group asked for more info and they responded promptly. Upon arrival I was greeted by the nicest front desk staff. The young lady Mary was extremely helpful with my insurance . Janna, RDH, provided exceptional, informative, compassionate care during my visit . Dr. Sitz, has a wonderful chairside manner. I wish I could give 10 stars to this wonderful office..I am referring my entire family..
