Dr. Kyle Tuttle received his Bachelor of Science in nutrition science from Utah State University. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, and graduatedwith his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Tuttle completed his orthodontic specialty training at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he receivedhis certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics with a masters in oral biology in the spring of 2021. Dr. Tuttle is the proud father of three amazing kids (Kent, Maye, andAllie) and the husband to one of the most patient and kind women youll ever meet (Cherish).
Dr. Tuttle is a product of the small-town farming community of Fillmore, Utah, and the second youngest in a family of five. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
He enjoys spending his down time with his family, on the golf course, or occasionally on a river flyfishing. Dr. Tuttle is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, having lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Dr. Gregston received his Bachelor of Arts in Science and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery simultaneously while attending the six-year combined BA/DDS program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). After five years of active-duty service in the Air Force, he attended UMKC to complete his advanced studies in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
Before returning to UMKC for his orthodontic residency, Dr. Gregston completed a residency in advanced education in general dentistry at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. His time in the United States Air Force ultimately led to him raising his family in our beautiful state of Colorado. Dr. Gregston has three gorgeous adult children (Emily, Meghan, and Kelsie) and is the husband to his lovely wife, Sandi.
Dr. Gregston grew up in Independence, Missouri and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Colorado Dental Association, and Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. He also donates time and dental expertise to charities like Smiles Change Lives.
He enjoys spending time away from the office with his family;they are his focus and joy. However, when he is not caring for his patients, he also enjoys watching movies and sports, along with playing golf.
Dr. Gregston is committed to providing the best treatment for his patients, with a goal of creating beautiful, healthy, and functional smiles. He strives to create relationships that last long past a patients time in braces, and ensures he is directly available throughout treatment and beyond.

I cannot thank Dr. Tuttle and his staff enough for the amazing work that they do. Over a year ago 3 of us got braces. Each one of us had our own issues, but WOW! The work that Dr. Tuttle has done is by far the BEST I've had done and seen. You can actually SEE the results while they happen, and it happens kinda fast! I will recommend Dr. Tuttle to anyone who needs braces! Thank you Dr. Tuttle and Crossroads Orthodontics!

Both my kids have gone to Crossroads Orthodontics. They are so personable and keep you in the loop on everything! I would give them 5 stars and highly recommended!!! Both kids ended treatment with incredible smiles!!!

We cannot say enough about Dr. Tuttle. He is thoughtful, kind, and completely dedicated to his patients. He took us on, as previous practice clients, and dedicated himself to making my daughter's smile amazing. He was flexible with her teenage emotions and is creative with his plan. He is willing to meet, communicate and integrate himself to the community to find the best team for complex issue. He is a gem and Castle Rock is blessed to have him!
