3. Limit extra companions during your visits to the office spouses and children will not be allowed in the office during your visit. Please make arrangements for this as we need to limit the number of people in the office at any one time. Companions are welcome to wait for you in your car during your visit. Only one guardian per minor will be allowed in the office.

Too be honest. I'm normally hesitant about any dental work but the experience that I had with Dr. Hartley was a winner! From the consultation,the staff and procedure. They were grade "A"!

Dr Farrell is whom performed my wisdom teeth removal. I was nervous as I am not a teenager anymore and its a bigger deal to have them removed as you get older. The Doctor was very confident in the consultation and took his time to explain everything. On the day of surgery he took his time get get me numb and walked me through as he performed the procedure. There was music in the back ground which helped relax me as I was not knocked out. After the surgery I had some issues with bleeding and he was very easy to contact and helped solve the problem. He even followed up to make sure I was okay. The bleeding was due to my elevated blood pressure, not his work. Would go back again to him for any work needed. He really took the time and you could tell he cares for his patients.

In Jan 2021 I had to have a painful crack tooth pulled. Dr. Hartley and his assistant were very professional, and polite. No fluff, exactly the way I like to be treated. The procedure was done in less than 10 minutes. Afterwards the pain was almost none existent, and healing was very quick. Then in May 2021 I had my implant completed. Again professional, fast, pain free, and the next day I have NO pain. I was very concerned about this process as it was my first time for it, but Dr. Hartley is the best. P.S. This is my wife's google. I'm Richard Hamilton

I recently had 2 wisdom teeth removed at this office. I had little to no pain or swelling. I was very satisfied with the healing process being so easy. It would've been nice to actually see Dr. Hartley for my follow up visit or ask him questions before the actual procedure (before gas). He seemed very rushed and impatient the 2 encounters I had. My family member that drove me home felt the same. Tasha was amazing and so helpful from beginning to end!

I am so thankful I went to Dr. Hartley for my wisdom teeth surgery. It has been mentioned 1 or 15 times over the years that I needed to have them removed, but I assumed that since they weren't bothering me, why bother them? Well, fast forward to 26 years old and you may start to see some shifting in your teeth (especially if you're like me and wore braces for 4 years) and experiencing "adult teething" is not fun. After a few weeks of asking myself, "well how bad can it really get?" I realized that I needed to call my own bluff. I started researching oral surgeons in the Jacksonville area and after a very extensive dive into the review section, I chose Dr. Hartley's practice. From the first phone call with Susan, I knew this was the place for me. She was calm and professional and established an effortless ease that really set the tone for my whole experience. During my consultation, I worked with Jamie who took my x-rays and went over important details for the day of surgery. Throughout this process she was very personable and helpful. After meeting Dr. Hartley, a few words came to mind: wise, patient and kind. When going under general anesthetic, wouldn't you want to feel something similar radiating from your Doctor? He took the time to discuss protocol and even spoke to some of my mothers' concerns with a very positive and reassuring demeanor. A few days before surgery, I receive a phone call from Jamie and she reminds me of the protocol before, on and after the day of. She was very witty and had a way of taking the edge off with her delivery method. I appreciate anyone who understands what can be considered a scary situation and turn it into something lighthearted. The day of surgery comes, and I am feeling very copacetic. Tasha began the first part of preparation by taking the standard vitals and going over last-minute health questions. She was incredibly perceptive and patient. I am very grateful that she was present for the procedure. The actual procedure took 12 minutes. Within 10 minutes of waking up, I was coherently talking with my mom and within 20 minutes, we were leaving. For the remainder of the day I felt cognizant and able. By the next day I was back to my normal routine, with pudding cups in each hand of course. I (clearly) cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hartley and his staff. By choosing this practice, you are sure to receive an elevated level of service.

Great staff and great experience. Went to get my wisdom teeth pulled and the process couldn't have been more painless. Obviously knew exactly what he was doing and everything was done exactly as it should've been.
