Our welcoming office is designed to put you at ease from the moment you walk in. It is also outfitted with some of the latest dental technologies such as digital impressions and x-rays. We also have an E4D machine that can make fillings, inlays, onlays, and crowns while you wait, eliminating the need for additional follow-up visits. Whats more, we have an in-house laboratory that can fabricate or fix restorations quickly, providing our patients with a convenient one-stop shop for all their dental needs. This also means that there is a close collaborative process between the lab techs and our dental staff, which helps to ensure that your restorations are fabricated to match the form, fit, and shade of your natural teeth as accurately as possible.

I will no longer be going to this dentistry. The quality of care and service has significantly decreased over the years. I don't know if Dr. Strain is now present in name only; he has been unavailable for months. Because I couldn't wait any longer and I was given no indication of when he'd be back, I had a cavity filled by Dr. Katie. As a result of her being distracted by shooting the breeze with the dental assistant, she cut my gum badly and said nothing while I was bleeding profusely. I was unaware at the time because I was numbed, but when I got to my car, I saw that blood soaked through my face mask and I had to start applying wadded paper towels to my tooth to stop the bleeding. My gum is still inflamed about a month later and bleeds when I floss. I will have to go somewhere else to get this fixed. A dentist is supposed to fix problems, not create more. Other issues I've encountered: - This dentistry made customers fill out new contact information, but did not utilize this and were still sending alerts to the wrong numbers. - When you tell the dentist that you are in pain, they do nothing and continue to work.

I was a patient of Dr. White's ( at the Schwegman's building and on Stumpf Blvd.) and have been with Dr. Strain since the opening of the Stumpf Blvd. location. Dr. Strain has consistently provided excellent dental service. His staff is personable and very flexible. Thank you, Dr. Strain, for the many years of excellent service!

The entire office staff was super friendly. Rachael gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had, and she was very kind and understanding.

I can't speak on the dentists because I haven't had the chance to come in, but the receptionist is RUDE! She sounded annoyed the entire time that I was asking questions and put me on hold without any notice in the middle of our conversation. I was looking for a new dentist, but I will not be coming here.

The personnel at Dr. Strain's office are exceptional. Everyone is always cheerful and they strive to make sure your experience at their office is a pleasant one. Dr. Strain is also very personable and takes the time to listen to any concerns and explains any and all procedures thoroughly.
