Dr. Russell is an exceptional endodontist. I was referred to him with a serious dental problem. He fully explained how my treatment with him would progress and he carried all of it out flawlessly. He and his staff were always very helpful and courteous and answered all the questions that I had. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.

I went to my primary dentist today (Delmarva Dental) and was told I needed a root canal. I told them I wanted to go to a root canal specialist and they said all I needed to do was find one and they will send referrals/X-ray over. I called here and she immediately dismissed me saying they don't take patients from Delmarva dental, which doesn't make sense. Moral of the story, they only accept patients referred from certain places it seems.

Awful experience, I came in for consultation to see if the tooth can be saved with a root canal. I waited 50 days for this appointment and an hour at the office for Doctor Russell (unfotunatelly listening to him belittle another referring doctor to another patient). Dr. Russell refused to accept xrays that are 50 days old, moreover he refused to even look at them at all, refused to compromise(I was ready to take one xray with crown off but not two with crown on and off) or speak further. This dentist is full of himself and is extremely unprofessional. I waited an hour for his appearance of poor attitude. Happy I left without this person touching my teeth. I am sure this extreme unpleasant behavior towards patients comes from lack of providers in the area, but still I will drive an hour but find a professional doctor who has empathy to listen to his patients.

I had a pretty scary and serious dental issue and Dr. Russell and his staff were amazing. The level of care they showed me was above and beyond. They were kind, thorough, and professional. If you need Endodontic treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Russell!

A root canal is not the most enjoyable procedure but he made it a lot easier to endure. He was gentle and made sure you were comfortable at all times. Dr. Russell is an amazing doctor and has friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Dr.Russell is wonderful and exactly what you want in a dentist. He was kind, patient and professional. He made the visit pain free too. The added bonus was the wonderful staff. Seriously, for someone who doesn't like dental visits this was better than I expected. I wish all dentists were this good.

I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Russell's expertise and chairside manners. The office staff were also extremely welcoming and kind. The follow-up phone call the next day was appreciated and completed the great and attentive care received.

As far as an endodontic procedure goes, a good experience. Dr. Russell made me feel comfortable from start to finish. He even went over post procedure information with me personally. Highly recommend.

Called and scheduled an appointment only to have it canceled because I was a "no call no show"to an appointment made in the past even tho I did call there to cancel before that appointment don't recommend going there obviously these people don't kno how to do their jobs

Dr Russell is extremely professional and did a wonderful job on our daughter's root canal. Though having a root canal is not something anyone looks forward to having, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of one. Very pleased with our care! Keep up the good work!!!!

The best Root Canal experience EVER!! I was experiencing extreme tooth/jaw& referred tooth pain. My amazing Dentist, Corey Smith, referred me to Dr. Russell. The first contact that I had with Dr. Russell's office, was Dr. Russell's Office Assistant, April. Despite being booked up through July, April spoke to Dr. Russell, and because of my pain situation, he squeezed me in for an emergency Root Canal. Upon my arrival to the office, I was greeted by April, who was one of the nicest and professional people that I have ever dealt with. Talking with her took my mind off of my pre procedure jitters and made me feel like a friend that I have known for years. Another friendly face helping me to check in was Alexandria. Alexandria was also very friendly and professional. When I got back to the chair, I met Dr. Russell's Assistant, Alyssa, who was also very warm, friendly and showed compassion for the agony I was in. Dr. Russell then appeared and introduced himself. He was very friendly, confident and explained to me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and answered all of my questions. Dr.Russell did an amazing job, numbing, then further explaining the procedure as he proceeded. Alyssa was there to assist and was very comforting while I was in the chair. When finished, I was given post procedural instructions, meds, and was told to call or come back in , if there were any pain issues. Needless to say, when the anesthesia wore off, I felt great, not needing any of the pain meds. April has since called back twice to check on my progress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Russell and his staff!!!

Now full time at the beach and needed to find an Endodontist with no referral from my Baltimore dentist. Dr Russell, as well as his office staff was amazing. Organized, patient, and skilled. I had no pain or discomfort after the first day. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Russell and all his office staff, esp April, were top notch. Having been in the dental field years ago I knew what to expect, yet I was still anxious. This was a pain free visit and trust all the reviews, this is where to come on the Eastern Shore for treatment. Thank you so much!

I was referred to Dr Russell's office for a root canal. I was uneasy,this was to be my first root canal. When I arrived the staff was warm and friendly. The patient ahead of me came out of the back after her root canal,smiling and laughed saying, he didn't hurt me at all. I told her that's what I needed to hear. Dr Russell and his team were excellent. The office was neat and clean. They ace music I like to relax me. He explained everything to me. And He didn't even hurt.

My 13 year old daughter needed a root canal. I am sure not the typical age of most of his patients, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
