Lasers have greatly reduced the discomfort experienced in the dental chair. Because giving you an anxiety-free dental care experience is one of our top priorities, we use dental lasers to increase precision, reduce pain and increase healing time.

Dr. Gregory J. Toone is originally from Salt Lake City, UT. While attending the University of West Virginia School of Dentistry, he received the 'Teledyne Waterpik Award' for Excellence in Prosthodontics. He graduated from WVU in 2001 with a doctorate degree in dental surgery.

After completing the one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) in 2002, he returned to Utah for a short time, then relocated to Lynchburg, VA, in 2005, where he has been in private practice ever since.

He is known for his thorough attention to detail and keeps up to date on dental products and techniques through continuing education. He thoroughly enjoys interacting with and getting to know all of his patients.

Dr. Toone is married to Sharlene, a dental hygienist who also practices in their office. They are the parents of two sons, Nicholas and Taylor. Dr. Toone enjoys beekeeping, gardening, home improvements, physical fitness, and numerous outdoor activities.
