I always used to dread going to the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Diedrich and Dr. Chan has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I don't even know where to begin... these people are the absolute most AMAZING people I've ever encountered in a dentist office!! Let's start with the ladies up front; they are the most compassionate and caring and sweetest ladies I've ever met! The one lady was so sweet she actually had me in tears and she gave me a big hug..!! The hygienist was so sweet and nice, and was real gentle with me, and the assistants are just so sweet and make you feel so welcoming... and Now with Dr Chan; I don't know where to start... he's smart, funny, compassionate, and you can tell how good of a soul he is just by talking to him! He is the SWEETEST and most caring dentist I've ever met! AMAZING at what he does!!! I have dealt with some very bad dentists and dental work in the past resulting in losing a tooth that never should've been lost, so I'm very nervous as it is, but not around Dr Chan and his amazing staff, I couldn't be more comfortable. He has a heart of Gold and genuinely wants to take care of his patients!! I wish I would've known about this practice years ago!! Please, if you need anything done, then THIS is the place to go!! I have found my new dental home!! Thank you guys for making me feel so comfortable and helping me to start to regain my smile and confidence again!! These guys are so amazing, I feel I need to bring them lunch for being so sweet and kind and just an all around perfect dental office!! They do not make you feel like you're just another number, they make you feel like part of the family..I absolutely LOVE IT.!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! P.S. If I could leave a 100 star review I would... they deserve 100 stars...!!!

Dr. Diederich, Dr. Chan and all the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You are greeted with a warm smile from the ladies at the desk. The hygienists do a through cleaming. Dr. Diederich does great work and is not afraid to refer you to another Dr. If he can't do the needed dental work. I highly recommend Diederich, Chan Denistry.

I like Tinsel very much. She is gentle and, I think, thorough. Dr. Chan was a grand happy surprise. Since Dr. D put Marvin's name on the door, he has passed muster with his older colleague, and so many tryouts did not!!

I have been a patient for many years and am an anxious person when someone is working on my teeth. I would not go anywhere else because Dr. Diederich has managed my issues very well. He simply cannot ever retire!!

Dr. Diedrich is amazing! He has been my dentist for over 15 years. He placed veneers on 8 of my front teeth they look fabulous. Once more he did it all in one day, working hours to make sure they were perfect. He truly cares about his clients. Throughout the years he has stayed late for any emergency teeth issues I have had, if no appointment was available he would make room for me just so I was not in pain.I could not recommend a more professional, friendly dentist nor would I.

The quality of his work is excellent, and a clear explanation of expenses. He answers every question, and provides solid and accurate information. He made a set of false teeth that look better than my real teeth. He had nothing to work with but an empty mouth; no teeth and I walked out with my facial feature back to my original look with teeth natural and well balanced to fit my mouth and facial features. His staff is polite, professional, and helpful. The process was straight forward with every step clearly explained. It gave me real confidentence in his work. The charges were reasonable because I spoke to about 5 dentists and all the price are similar. Great dentist with a great attitude. I really enjoyed my visits.

Clean place but I disagree with being charged $613.16 for two kids' tooth cleaning + sealant for 3 teeth. I was told sealant is not covered by insurance it's $50. Then, it happened to be $50 per tooth! The dentist continuously cut me off as I was trying to tell him that I never received detailed statement for the remaining balance. Apparently, they don't have a working scanner to email me the statement as they promised & they decided to put it in the mail when I was on vacation. Continuous phone calls to pay balance without giving me an opportunity to even see the charges. More than a dentist office, it's a money chasing business. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the insurance company confirmed that they never sent a check and I had not have it until I requested it. I was not given upfront cost information by your office and that is crucial when insurance does not cover expenses completely. I returned the phone call as letters came in while we were on vacation. There is apparently lack of communication where phone calls or emails were not utilized even it is a fact that most people go out of town during the Summer.

I don't even know where to being with Dr. Diederich. One of my front teeth cracked right at the gum line a few days ago. I made an appointment with an oral surgeon to have it extracted. Fast forward a few days the tooth is falling out. I called Dr. Diederich's office at 3:45 on a Thursday to see if there was anything else that could be done a little faster to prevent me walking around without a tooth. He and his wife stayed after hours to fix my smile. While it's only a temporary fix until getting my extraction, they restored my self image. And even more than that, they helped me come up with a game plan after the extraction to ensure I don't ever have to feel that way again. In network, out of network, no insurance, his compassion is worth every single penny. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
