Michelle was extremely proficient. She got me in, completed x-rays, cleaning and polishing with care, and seems very efficient. Dr. Merkley noticed a concern that showed up on x-ray and clearly stated his it should be handled. Thank you. Always a pleasant visit. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful.

I was at the Dentist of Dr. Gregory Merkley on Monday February 13, 2017. I was very pleasantly greeted by Joy ,one of the very nice staff at the front office. Bev is also very pleasant. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a warm How are you today from the staff. I had my hygienist Michelle, Michelle is very warm and pleasant to work with. She always greets you with a warm smile and how are you doing today. She'd asked if I had any concerns. Michelle asked me how my holiday's were. Michelle is very professional at her job. She explains things as she is treating you. It was a very painless procedure. I felt so comfortable with my teeth cleaning. Michelle uses new technology. I am so impressed with her way of treating her customers. Dr. Merkley checked on me. He is always so very pleasant. Thank you for having great employees at Dr. Gregory Medrkley DDS, office. Dr. Merkley and his staff have always been extremely professional. Always making me aware of all the options I have explaining to me the consequences of having a procedure done or not done. I have been going to Dr. Merkley for at least 10 years. He always goes above and beyond with treatments and recommendations beyond basic maintenance. While he is not in my insurance network, his fees are easily affordable and below in-network competitors. I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Merkley and his staff.
