He is focused on treating patients like guests while performing orthodontic care in a very comfortable setting. He is dedicated to working with each individual child, adolescent, and adult to provide exceptional care and a healthy, beautiful smile.

A thorough education has allowed Dr. Gregg to become an exceptional orthodontist with many years of hands-on training. Dr. Gregg received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry before obtaining his Master of Science in orthodontics from State University of New York at Buffalo.

As part of his commitment to continuing education and providing the very best care, Dr. Gregg accumulates more than 100 hours of continuing education every year to ensure he can provide the most efficient, up-to-date orthodontic treatment for his patients. He also lectures to General Dentists and Orthodontists on various topics pertaining to running a private practice, and the most aesthetic methods for orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Gregg is certified by the Ohio Dental Association to provide education to local general dentists, dental hygienists, and other specialists as a way to make sure our local community is kept up to date on the most appropriate orthodontic treatments. Since he makes education a top priority, our patients can be sure they will have the most effective orthodontic treatment options available.

In addition to being active with the American Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Gregg is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Association of Orthodontists, and the Ohio Dental Association.

Dr. Gregg is a home-grown Ashland guy who established Gregg Orthodontics in January of 2008. His wife Heather is a Pediatric Dentist in Mansfield, and they are blessed with their amazing children, Bridget Theodore, and Joseph. In their spare time, they enjoy cooking, traveling, boating, and cheering on Clevelands sports teams, including the Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers!!

As part of his commitment to giving back to the community, Dr. Gregg volunteers his time at the Akron Childrens Hospital Craniofacial Center and serves on the advisory committee for the Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center adult education training course. Additionally, he serves as a part-time lecturer for the Orthodontic Residents at Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine. He also serves as an alternate delegate for the Ohio Dental Association and hosts an annual blood drive with the Red Cross.

It was his initiative for Gregg Orthodontics to host a food drive with Associated Charities of Ashland County, as well as having his team volunteer at local elementary schools, to provide critical education on oral hygiene. Additionally, Gregg Orthodontics has developed a fund-raiser for No Pawz Left Behind, a local charity that provides care for animals at local shelters. Finally, Dr. Gregg and his team support local sports teams and events, as well as sponsor the annual Ashland and Loudonville Relay for Life.

Dr. Tori McLaughlin was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio where she discovered at a young age, after having braces herself that she wanted to be an orthodontist. After seeing the positive impact orthodontic treatment had in her own life, she knew being able to give that same feeling to others would be the best job in the world! She started her educational journey with a bachelors degree in Nutrition Science from The Ohio State University. Continuing her pursuit of orthodontics, Dr. Tori received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2018, followed by her Masters of Science and Certificate in Orthodontics all from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Throughout her orthodontic education, Dr. Tori received extensive training among various patient populations including adults, children, interdisciplinary and craniofacial cases. During residency, Dr. Tori served as the resident champion for the American Association of Orthodontists and remains an active member of the AAO as well as the American Dental Association. After 11 consecutive years at Ohio State, Dr. Tori is not only a highly trained orthodontist but also a tried-and-true Buckeye; if you let out an O-H when you come see us, youll be sure to get an I-O right back!

Dr. Tori and her husband, John, are thrilled to be returning to northeast Ohio where they grew up together as high school sweethearts. In their spare time, they love being outside and active! Whether its hiking, running, biking or fishing, they love finding adventure with their giant 200 lb mastiff, Palmer. In addition to being outside, the McLaughlin family loves serving their community. During their time in Columbus they enjoyed volunteering at the Special Olympics and serving their church in childrens ministry. They are so excited to continue their commitment to service and become further involved in the Ashland community. Dr. Tori is honored to be joining the Gregg Orthodontics team and she cannot wait to meet each and every one of you. Morgan has the bubbliest and kindest personality on the planet, and you are guarenteed to recieve the warmest welcome of your life when she is involved! Morgan joined our team in 2022 and brings with her a TON of customer service experience and fresh ideas to make your trip to Braceland, the best experience of your life! When you call our office, you're likely going to hear her sweet voice on the other end of the line. When she isn't baking fresh cookies or offering you a cup of coffee, she is overseeing our rewards program to make sure you get to cash in your points for a gift card or a trip to Cedar Point. We're so lucky to have this sweetheart on our team and we know you will LOVE her!

If you've been to Braceland and heard someone singing Queen songs, then you've probably met Kailie. Between her love for Freddie Mercury and The Lion King, Kailie fits right in here with the rest of the team! Kailie began working here in 2019, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a willingness to learn new things! She's our lab guru and can sling out sweet, removable retainers as easy as 1, 2, 3! Kailie also works on coordinating projects with ouroutside lab, adjusting appliances, and removing brackets digitally to keep our office free of those messy impressions. She can run five 3D printers at once, and wepromise you've never heard anyone singing karaoke as awesome as her. She is also the office prankster, so watch your step!

Aemee is one of our newest team members, but that doesn't mean we don't know her! Aemee's wonderful kiddos have been coming to see us for years and we were always secretly hoping she would apply and one day join our team. AND WE GOT HER! Aemee coordinates and handles all the internal and external marketing as well as public relations, deliveries to other offices and teams, and sponsorship and advertizing information. She owns her own photography company and has a sharp eye when it comes to awesome photos! You'll be seeing her in both offices and anytime Gregg Ortho has an event coming up, you know who to thank for throwing it together!

If you ever want to talk to someone about your bill or insurance, youre going to want to chat with Tammy, and not just because shes our Financial Coordinator. Tammys office is always filled with the light smell of lavender or sandalwood, thanks to the essential oils she diffuses. Stepping into her office is like walking into a cloud of calm, and Tammy is the Queen of the Clouds. Tammy brings a wonderful blend of insight to our team, along with a sense of humor that will split you in two. Dont let her peacefulness fool you though! Shes got the best dance moves of anyone on our team, and knows how to rock a braces off party better than ANYONE else.

Did you notice that ray of sunshine when you stepped into Braceland? It was likely our Treatment Coordinator, Tiffany and her infectious smile that warmed you up! Tiffany may be new to orthodontics, but she's got a ton of experience in customer service and could be the happiest person you ever meet! Tiffany is one of our Treatment Coordinators, and oversees our Observation Patients! You're kiddos will have the privelege of seeing her wonderful face until they're ready for treatment, and she'll make you feel all warm and fuzzy every time you come into the office!Tiffany is also exceptional at coordinating our lunch orders and trust us, that's a huge task to take on!!

Lovely Rita is our Records Technician, but she is also an experienced Clinical Assistant! Rita is one of the first people you or your child will see, and she makes getting X-rays and photos a breeze. Rita joined the Braceland family in 2020 and we all agree that we wouldn 't be complete without her! You 'll love Rita 's kind and calming personality, and her quirky comments will keep you laughing and smiling during your entire visit! Rita is also our lab-tech 's right hand woman, and handles the majority of the digital scanning that 's completed in our office, she even has a 'scan suite' that is realllllly sweet!

When we think of Hadley, we think of a beautiful, white dove, the symbol of peace, soaring through the sky. Hadley is our Clinical Coordinator, which is a fancy schmancy way of saying 'leader of the pack'.Hadley is also in charge of ordering items and keeping orthodontic supplies stockpiled for the team. Hadley has like one thousand nieces and nephews, which makes her a perfect person for kids to hang out with. If you ever need to find Hadley quickly, the key to locating her is food. Preferably spaghetti and meatballs, or a caramel apple will also work if you 're in a pinch. You can also thank Hadley for creating the world 's most epic playlist that you 'll hear while you 're visiting Braceland.

Michalea is no stranger to us here in Braceland! In fact, some of us have had the pleasure of working with her before, so when Michalea re-joined our team in 2020, we were ECSTATIC to have her back! Michalea has three awesome kiddos at home (one who just completed treament), which means she's a fantastic assistant when it comes to working closely with kids! We love Michalea's demanor! She is calm and serene, and well versed in orthodontic knowledge! You'll love getting to see her for a visit because she'll make you feel so good while you'e here, you won't want to leave! You' also may see Michalea in an exam since she is also trained as a Treatment Coordinator! We're happy to have this kind-hearted soul back in Braceland, and we're never letting her go!

Who is that sweet little fairy floating around and making you feel all warm and fuzzy? Oh, that'sRachel, one of our clinical assistants and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! We first met Rachel as a guest, but we loved her so much we pretty much forced her to come work in Braceland. Rachel joined the Braceland team in 2019 and we are so excited to have her as a family member! She has perfect hair which matches her perfect personality. We guarentee that you'll never have a frown on your face when Rachel is around! She consistently makes us all laugh with her jokes and one-liners and her laugh is absolutely contagious!

Guess who 's back? Back again? Carol (Or Carl as most of us refer to her) isone of our clinical assistants with a vast knowledge of general dentistry as well as orthodontics! Carol re-joined the Braceland gang in early 2021 but has been 'slaying' braces since 2016! When she isn 't assisting, you 'll find Carol dancing, singing, or giving out free hugs on the regular! She 's known for piggybacking guests to their chairs in the clinic, and high-fiving just about everyone she sees! If you want to know the way to Carol 's heart, playing some up-beat music and demanding a dance off is a sure fire way to get her attention! (If you bring her any snacks, please make sure they are Gluten Free)

One of oursweetest team members is a seasoned Veteran when it comes to braces! Deena is no stranger to orthodontics, and joined our team in 2021after relocating to our area! Deena has three years experience in orthodontics, and besides having a wealth of knowledge on both traditional braces and Invisalign, she also has one of the sweetest souls ever! Deena can be found in the clinic side of Braceland, and she'll be sure to make sure your visit is fantastic! She hadher first little bambino in December and also has a ton of fur babies at home! Deena will make sure all your questions are answered at each and every visit and is great at explaining things every step of the way!

Jamie, sweet Jamie, is one of our clinical assistantswe gained from our Wooster office in the summer of 2021. Jamie has YEARS of orthodontic knowledge and a personality we can't get enough of. She is funny, smart, quick and detailed all at once! Jamie is known for taking great care of patients, answering any questions you may have, and has been known to take care of wire pokes or pesky brackets at softball games, or when she's out and runs into a patient in need (not all heroes wear capes, people). We were so lucky that Jamie joined our family and whether you remember her from the Wooster office or are just getting to know her here, we guarentee you will LOVE her!

Another precious gem we gained from our Wooster location, is sweet Tiffany, our clinical assistant with a golden soul! Tiffany will easily be one of your favorite people in Braceland and we absolutly love her willingness to learn just about anything and the kindness she gives to everyone, every single day! Tiffany has tons of experience as a clinical assistant and has been working in the orthodontic world for years. She has two beautiful little girls which is probably why she is such a nurturing assistant to all the awesome kids she gets to see in a day! Tiffany also helps out with coordinating records in both locations and we would be absolutely lost without her!

Just when we thought Bracleand couldn't be any better, Erin, our beloved clinical assistant, rejoined our team! Most of you know her from all the years she spent working with Dr. Gregg in our Ashland office, but now, you'll get to see this wonderful woman in our Wooster office! Erin now has three beautiful kiddos and always has hilarious stories to share with us about them! Erin is a skilled assistant with years of orthodontic experience and knowledge as both an assistant and a Treatment Coordinator! We are so happy to have her back in Braceland!!!

Kim joined our team in 2022 and she brought with her a WEALTH of knowledge and experience from years in administrative and HR positions! Kim is AWESOME and we know you are going to love stepping into our Wooster office and seeing her smiling face! She will greet you with the best radio voice known to man, and she will make your visit with us incredible! Kim owns her own photography company and has a keen eye for what looks great! She will help to schedule your visit, take payments, and offer you up all the treats that the Wooster office has to offer!

Hayley joined the Braceland team back in 2017, and you may know her as the 'Harry Potter' loving team member! She still loves Harry Potter and pretending to be a rockstar, but now oversees the Operations and Integrations of the office! Hayley likes celebrations, which means if you have a birthday, anniversary, or ANYTHING worth celebrating, you 're getting showered in confetti, balloons, and snacks. She keeps the team up to date with the happenings in the office and likes to cheer people on and hype them up!

We strive to make sure each patient walking through the door, feels like they are the ONLY patient here! From birthday celebrations, to high fives and fresh baked cookies, you'll find it hard NOT to smile while you're inside our office walls.
