Dr. Greg Pafford is proud to be a third generation Phoenician and dentist who along with his father and grandfather have had the privilege to serve the downtown Phoenix community for 90 years. He graduated with honors from Arizona State University and the University of the Pacific in 1986. Dr. Pafford was installed as the 105th President of the Arizona Dental Association (AzDA) on March 9, 2013 during the Associations House of Delegates. Dr. Pafford was honored as Dentist of the year by the Arizona Dental Association in 2007.
Dr. Pafford has served in numerous capacities for the Arizona Dental Association including President-elect and Secretary and has served as a member of the AzDA Board of Trustees since 2004. He has represented the AzDA at the American Dental Associations House of Delegates for several years. He was also active in his local component society, the Central Arizona Dental Society. He served as Secretary of this local component of AzDA in 2000; served on its Board of Directors from 1997 to 2000, and as President in 2002.
Dr. Pafford has a family dental practice in downtown Phoenix, which emphasizes individualized quality dental care and up to date innovative treatments to enhance your smile. He resides in Phoenix with his wife, Tracy Holter, and their two children, Jake, 7 and Kate, 18 months.

Dr. Pafford is highly recommended by our friends from the dental community. Reputable, credible and professional with 38 years of solid experience, we feel so fortunate to have Dr. Pafford as our family dentist. Besides, Dr. Pafford also contributes his time to local philanthropic organizations like St. Vincent de Paul. The staff we met in Dr. Pafford's office were with tremendous experience -- his dental assistant Linda has been in the related field for 40 years and Michelle was considerate and empathetic with our situation. Wish we had met Dr. Pafford earlier!

Dr Pafford is the best dentist ever! He goes over and beyond for his patients. He's one that will come into the office on his off day to make sure you're taken care of. The entire staff makes me and my family feel like we're part of his family. I just love him!!!!!

Best dentist on earth! I was traveling and had terrible tooth pain, I had a flight that was leaving a few hours from when I called their office and they got me in immediately, Took away my pain right when I got in, and even called the dentist I had an appointment with back home to make sure that he was an endodontist so that I got the best care possible for my particular situation. He went to bat for me to make sure I did work waste money and got the best care. He truly looks out for his patients, he had no financial benefit to helping me so much with my plan, he knew I was only in Arizona for the day. Could not recommend him enough, I wish he was in Utah!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pafford since 2015. Prior to my initial visit I had not seen a dentist since I got out of the military in 2004. Part of my hesitation, as time moved forward, was the fear of being told I need things done that I really do not need to do. At my first visit to Dr. Pafford's office he came out to greet me in the waiting area and introduced himself. We talked for a while and my initial though was Wow! He is the nicest, most caring person that I have ever met. Over the course of the following 7yr this has not changed. He is truly a very caring person and that carriers over into every aspect of his profession. My first visit was easy. I was not upsold any proceedure, or told I needed to do anything I didn't. As the years progressed, I received exceptional care regardless if I was there for a cleaning, a filling, a crown or an emergency appointment. His care and demeanor was always the same- his patients come first. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to reach out and follow up if I had any issues after one appointment. OMG! What doctor/dentist does that?? Dr. Pafford, that's who. Additionally, his staff share the same values. Whether it's an issue with scheduling, insurance, or billing, they are always pleasurable to deal with, believe in putting their patients first, and always do the right thing. If you have any hesitation about seeing a dentist, please go see Dr. Pafford and his staff. They will put your mind at ease, fix whatever is of concern to you, earn your trust and I garuntee you will be pleased with the outcome and return in the future. Let's face it internet, it takes peronal time and effort to write a positive review. So, if I spent the time to write this you know Dr. Pafford is THE dentist to see. So what are you waiting for? Everyone at the office was very polite ,helpful but most of all made me feel like we were a family and they cared. In a world where everywhere seems to be robotic n automatic,press this number and when we get time we will take care of you. This place isn't like that. WHAT A RELIEF !! Not 5 stars but 10. Wow! Where has Dr Greg been all my life! Holy cow, what a great experience it's been working with him so far! He's honest, hard working, friendly and really gave me a sense of calm when I went in to see him. The office is cute as heck too. Glad I found him. He's my new go to dentist!
