Gregory Larsen, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist serving patients from Sandy, Utah, and beyond. With a passion for improving the dental health of those in his community, Dr. Larsen is committed to providing compassionate, personable care with an emphasis on patient education.
Dr. Larsen began his education at the University of Utah. He went on to dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, where he earned his degree in 1993. Dr. Larsen returned to Utah to complete his residency at University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City.
In private practice since 1994, Dr. Larsen has amassed an impressive level of experience across all aspects of general dentistry. One of the most rewarding things about serving the same community for so many years is the chance to watch patients grow, change, and bring their own families in for quality dental care.
A member of the American Dental Society and the Utah Dental Association, Dr. Larsen is deeply committed to staying abreast of changes in the industry. By seeking continuing education opportunities, hes able to expand the services and technology he offers to patients. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Larsen is incredibly proud of his family. Happily married for 32 years, he and his wife have raised five children, the youngest of which is now in high school. They have four daughters-in-law and two grandsons, and they look forward to watching their family continue to grow.

My son had to come in for an emergency root canal on Christmas Eve. These team of individuals were working on Christmas Eve to help him. Not only were they friendly and informative but they explained all options I had financially and options for his dental issues. They were so patient with me. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs. The team here is amazing!! Thank you Dr. Nye, Dulcia, and Allie for being here for us on a day most are shopping and spending time with family.

I have a very bad tooth ache and when I got there everyone was on there phones and not helping me, the doctor charged me $75 dollars to tell me I needed a root canal and since I couldn't afford it all upfront because I don't have insurance he said I'd have to wait till I got paid. He didn't discuss any other options, and sent me on my way with nothing to help with pain and to top it off they didn't even ask me to set up an appointment to get my tooth fixed... very very wrong for someone to do. A doctor should be there to help someone in need of help. Horrible horrible place. I honestly feel like I was treated poorly and I don't believe that a doctor would treat a new patient like that. Not trustworthy at all. I was robbed

Dr. Larsen is an amazing Dentist. I have had some poor dentistry, and it's hard to know who cares about what they are doing and never cut corners no matter what insurance you have. This dentist is talented and dedicated to his patients. He has worked on my son 15- of whom is terrified of going to the dentist. I believe my son has had very poor pediatric dentistry and I am happy that we found Dr. Larsen and his assistant Ali- she helped to make things more understandable as a Mom. I highly recommend Dr. Larsen, and his staff... they are very caring and work hard to make the patient feel comfortable. As a concerned hovering Mom, Dr. Larsen was very patient with me as I wanted to be close with my son as he was working. I know he saved a few of my sons teeth, that many dentists would just say "pull it". Thank you for all of your help and hard work Dr. Larsen, thank you for spending time with us at our last appointment also. Keep up your good- no... great work!

Dr. Larsen saw what was needed to be done. We set up a schedule for the work needed. So far so good! I have more work to be done, but he works with me, my soon to change insurance, along with my secondary insurance. The whole staff is lovely. They remember you, most by name. My partner had an accident and we could not pay our bill on time. He froze his account so it would not go into collections. Top notch dentist !

I've been a patient of Dr. Larsen's my whole life and have always been happy with my visits to his office. I've had a strange history of tooth mishaps (my front two bottom teeth finding their way back into my gums, a chipped tooth and a veneer), he has kept me feeling confident and happy with my smile!

I've been going to Dr. Larsen for about 15 years now. After moving to California six years ago, I still haven't found a dentist that I like or trust as much as Dr. Larsen. When I need dental work done, I will not hesitate to make the trip to have him do it.

Dr. Larsen is the best dentist I've ever been to! He helped me get a tooth fixed that has been bothering me for a long time, and I really trust his advice. I highly recommend Dr. Larsen.
