Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Greg J. Panossian attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he majored in Biology. He received his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Southern California in 1997, where he received several awards including the California Dental Association award for Outstanding Achievement. Following this, he completed a general practice residency in dentistry at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center.
Dr. Panossian is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery). He is a fellow in the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesia.
Dr. Anthony J. Panossian earned a degree in Biology from California State University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Graduating with the highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) and being elected to the national dental honor society (OKU), Dr. Anthony J. Panossian was one of only three applicants accepted in the highly competitive LSU Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program in new orleans where he also earned his medical degree. He then completed an accredited facial cosmetic surgery fellowship in Utah.
During his surgical residency at Charity Hospital, Dr. Anthony J. Panossian spent six years of extensive training in the full scope of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialty including face, jaw and neck surgery, bone grafting, all aspects of facial trauma, reconstruction of facial and jaw deformities, and the full scope of facial cosmetic surgery.
Marieange Panossian D.D.S., M.D. is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles (B.S., 1998), the University of Los Angeles California (D.D.S. 2004) and the University of Connecticut School of Medicine (M.D., 2007).
Dr. Marieange Panossians professional interests span both hospital-based, and office-based surgical procedures including reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, oral and maxillofacial pathology, bone grafting and dental implant reconstruction. She enjoys working with pediatric as well as adult patients.

Dr Greg Panossian is a wonderful doctor with an incredible bedside manner! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and care from the front desk, to all of the individuals preparing me for my wisdom teeth surgery behind the scenes. I walked in extremely nervous and entered the room with more ease and peace of mind after everyone talked me through the procedure and guaranteed me no pain. I woke up from the surgery feeling alert, comfortable with NO PAIN AT ALL. I would recommend this office 100 times. I interviewed over 5 different surgeons and Dr Panossian was the most knowledgable and helpful. Even prepared a CT scan of my bottom wisdom teeth and determined it would not be safe to take them out prior to removing the top since they were sitting on a nerve where I would lose feeling. Out of 5 surgeons i interviewed he was the ONLY one to take that step to ensure I would be okay. Very happy with the procedure today of my top wisdom teeth and will be coming back for any dental surgery needs for the future. Highly highly recommend.

I recently completed a dental implant procedure. Dr Marieange Panossian was able to preform a sinus lift and a bone graft. Dr Panossian explained the entire process as to what the surgery involved. She and her staff were sure that I was comfortable and alert during the procedure. The following ups were very easy and quick. Just simple x-rays and a check on the healing process. 10 month's later, I had the implant installed. It's like a never had a tooth extraction. Thank you Dr.Marieange Panossian for your professionalism and kindness. This dental group is highly recommended.

Since 2019 I have been to this office several times for wisdom tooth extractions and follow ups as the recommendation of my dentist. The Staff at the front desk, dental assistants and doctors at this location are very friendly and professional. Everything from out of pocket cost, risk during the procedure and what to expect during aftercare was explained. I have recommended this location to friends and family due to my experience their. If you have apprehension due to the need of surgery its best you call to make an appointment and speak to staff and doctors.

Their billing system / staff is extremely disorganized. Told me my surgery would be covered, walked into surgery for them to tell me it's not covered and I have to pay out of pocket. So I did not get the surgery and when I called back a week later and they said it was covered? Very confusing and unhelpful.

If you have a dental emergency don't waste your time. I went for a tooth extraction I had a bad infection, long story short, I still need to find a competent oral surgeon to extract it. I was sent out the door in pain and sick with this tooth. The woman doctor who saw me kept telling me to go to Nassau medical center, that she teaches there, and it would maybe save money. I had more than enough money to pay for their services. And I was furious she kept trying to send me there when the hospitals are loaded with covid. If you have a loved one in the hospital they won't let you in to see them, that's for safety reasons. So why was I being told to go there? It's dangerous. Oh I did get billed about 100 dollars, without getting treatment. I think this office is scamming people with exrays, consults charing them over 100 bux while they never intend to treat you. And trying to send someone to an ER for a tooth extraction is bizare, they would of charged me over a thousand dollars, told me to take antibiotics and refer me to an oral surgeon. Which this office claims to be. Something not on the up and up about this office. Are they even real oral surgeons? Don't waste your time, your money. Look for a serious, competent office that doesn't bait and switch. I think they should be reported.. I'm furious. Horrible experience.

Dr. Panossian was very professional, punctual, sensitive to my concerns, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. The staff was friendly, open about the upfront cost other than what would be paid by the insurance. I highly recommend him for his skill set and someone who can be trusted especially when there is risk of injury to the nerves of the face.

The service was excellent. I rate this office as a 1 star due to billing. I was assured that after my copayment the procedure would be 100% covered by my insurance after it was verified by the receptionist and doctor. It wasn't and avoid calls as well as not returned any messages with questions regarding the matter. The office threatened to send my account into collections if I did not resolve the balance. I cannot recommend this office.

Doctors Greg and Marieange Panossian are amazing people and great professionals! I cannot thank them enough for their care and humanity! Their heart-warming smile is already enough to take all the pain away ... Four members of my family had various procedures done at Panossians' clinic and we had only the best experience and results. Had a cyst, then a wisdom tooth removed , and never had any swelling or bleeding or pain. They are so helpful and understanding not only with adults but also children . My son had several teeth removed and didn't even feel anything afterwards! Dr. Greg will give you highly professional, well-informed consultation and the best medical advice. I highly recommend Panossian doctors!

I would recommend the Panossian office for multiple reasons. My procedure to remove my wisdom teeth went well, but when I had a few concerns, I was told to come in right away so they could fix what was bothering me. Between the receptionists, the assistants - Nicole, Clara, and Anna, and of course Dr. Greg Panossian, I was taken care of with genuine respect and kindness. I'm thankful I ended up with such a supportive office for an experience (wisdom teeth extraction) I was dreading. So thank you!!!
